Yup dude nails it. You would think zebra would have something to let customers know about this manual config process apparently required in many cases. thank God for the support from the resellers like TPO.

For those that it did not work, try going to "see what's printing" - printer - disable the pause option. It worked for me!

The printer was a bit complicated to hook up ruclips.net/user/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 but it does the job very efficiently. I like the ink wells versus the ink cartages that cost an arm and a leg. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It shuts off when not in use, so you have to remember to turn it on. Overall, it exceeds my expectations. I'll update my review in a couple of months.

Hey i am having a similar issue. We have multiple virtual machines inside vmware esxi layer..when I connected the ZD220t to the usb port on one server and bridge it with a virtual usb host it detects and all drivers get installed..and printer is also showing but the print gets stuck...My question is everytime I`m only seeing USB001 as an option so how do i find the other usb port numbers inside the virtual machine ?

The printer port is what did it for me, default was LPT or something and changing to USB port 2 worked fine

Were you on WIFI when you went to Printers and Other Defices or Bluetooth because in either case, my PC isn't listing Zebra as being seen. I made sure to also turn on the blue tooth with the flashing blue light and still nothing. How did you get to see Zebra Printers without installing something to your PC or Smartphone? My smart phone (when I try to start the app) just hangs and spins in circles without even getting me to the setup instructions just spinning for ever. Maybe I have a bad printer shipped to me?
