Seven years after seeing and commenting on this music video, I found myself on the other side of the world in that exact intersection, playing this exact track in my mind. Sublime yet visceral. It was incredible.

For a man surrounded by the deafening noises and ceaseless activities of the world, he seems genuinely content to be where he is.
It's quite nice to see how the video synthesizes the tune with the images in such a serene manner.

This is the essence of humanity; within the apparent chaos lies a beautiful music! Our only redemption...
    Just wonderful :)

    Hi Rhian,
What we mean and what we do from there to here then and now who knows this beauty of creation from thought to something seen and heard - I felt sadness for a man caught on the barb of duality - what creation is his - I imagine his silence - and i hear your music

As someone who once lived in Japan as an exchange student, I've always wondered why Japanese people seem to regard homeless people the way they do. It's the same way they also treat their blind and handicapped people. It's strange to see a country that touts the virtues of modernism behaving and thinking much the way nazi's did about "pure blood". Disclaimer: I deeply respect and love the Japanese people. This is merely an observation - not a criticism!

Just a simple and lonely Japanese homeless among the rich and the ultra-Tokyo District slaughtered hurrying people, and how much anguish and philosophy ...
