reason why you cant tell between 1080 p and 1440 here is because of high foliage and movement of it on screen but if you can up the bit rate manually in post it help a good bit

For hq video you need at least 40k bitrate. I record at 2k and for crystal clear quality change bitrate on recording output to 35-40k
