Judith you explained the process of this project very well . Congratulations to you on your development . May the lord continue to bless you and expand your territory. Best to you in All things .🙏
Sorry. The opening at the bottom is undesirable. Water seepage will eventually make it weak and also contaminate the ground water. it'd be better to connect the second chamber to a soak pit a few meters away.
the septic tank floor should be a concrete one,at least 8 inches in thickness 25Mpa,,,, should be continuous and homogeneous across the two chambers,,,,then there should be a soak pit,,,to receive treated water (treated by the microbes in the two chambers),,,the soak pit will release the water into the ground and it should be at least 20 feet deep,,,,the solution here is to demolish and restart again,,,the septic tank floor has to be cast and cure for at least 7 days before walling can start,,,, otherwise,,,,good job,,,you have done something others can only dream of 👌

I am super impressed by the work.
Really inspiring, about the septic tank, what's the expected time before it fills?
Thank you, I was not given the time limit. It will also depends with the no of people using it.
