The boxes look great. Good job! The decor items look good as well. Maybe adding some tea lights will make it a nice light feature. Thanks for a great video.
I have been really enjoying your videos. You sound so much like one of my cousins who lives in Ashton-Under-Lyne. I can't help laughing at some of the things that you say, because I'm wondering if anyone outside the north of England has any idea what you just said or what it means. Your approach and enthusiasm for woodworking is highly commendable, and you certainly throw in some very good words of wisdom for those who are new to woodworking. Please keep up the good work, the day is coming when you will have a huge following. All the best from an old Lancashire lad now living in Texas.
Hi Billy , look good those stacked boxes, done a good job there mate, that's what I like about your video's there is always some different and original, keep it up mate. As always a great video Take care
Like your push block I have one kinda like it but yours is better. What you can do if you want put some of that stick on sandpaper on bottom for grip works well maybe 80 or 120 grit. Helps a lot. But love your channel brother
Hi Billy, well done on the boxes, practice makes perfect, one small point is when you fit splines on mitre joints orient the Splines grain across the joint, there’s no added strength the way you fitted them. Not criticising, just pointing out a better way of doing it. Keep up the good work.

Yes I’ll add some sandpaper on the bottom definitely 👍
I need to make me a spline jig Billy. I’m also saving up for a Makita mitre saw like yours. Top vids buddy.
Thank you.. the spline jig could be a lot better and I’ll at some point be making a updated version 👌
@@thewoodjunki look forward to seeing the vid

Thank you fella, I’ll rectify that now I know.. great point 👌 all recommendations and tips are more than welcome.
I think if you added a set of speakers they would look and sound good :D
I was actually looking for small speakers to fit but ran out of time 🤣🪚
How did you make those splines ?
On the table saw.. I’ll pop a video on how I done them when I next get the saw out 👌
Nice one billy
The only way to practice is to make things. Functional or not, just get out there and make something... anything.
Shelley claimed the boxes, right?
Yes get out and get it done 👍 haha no she’s not claimed them after she messed the staining 🤣
