    Sir... only one point needs to be corrected.
    @13:00 you have said that original jurisdiction means 'only high court can do it' i.e exclusive jurisdiction.
    Original jurisdiction means hearing a case at the first instance and not by appeal. Ex : a person files a suit under art226 to high court DIRECTLY, it is called Original

    Hi, I have a question. Does the Chief Justice of High Court takes his seat during the pleasure of president? Because I see oath is given by governor, although he is appointed by president.

      No CJI is not at the pleasure of president because removal of a SC judge is properly described in art 124 of the Constitution. Since the removal is properly mentioned they are not at the pleasure of the president. The same applies for HC judges,CAG,CEC etc

      At present 2020, there are 25 high courts in India.

    in some places.. you are telling supreme court instead high court
