Back then, celtic won the Europ. There wasn't money involved. Teams weren't paying billions on players. Celtic can compete with English,Spain,Germany, yes you say don't mention money, but celtic sell all their best players mean they have to start all over again, players need to bond with eachter, when they do bond celtic sells them, then it's back to square 1

The last decade is proof of that both at Celtic and ironically over the river at Mordor.
It’s an undeniable fact that despite spending less on lesser quality The Rangers have achieved far better results in Europe than Celtic in the last 5 Seasons.
This was achieved by them retaining their best players and having a settled squad for the bulk of that period under 3 differ zmanagers with 3 different approaches.

Our defending is poor, as we get little practice in our league. Although teams like Kilmarnock, Dundee, St. Mirren and Motherwell have shown willingness on occasions to give our defenders that vital experience.
Without huge financial investment and competing in a league that challenges us, we are destined to continue to be champions league flops.
I hate watching us in Europe. Its cringworthy!
