- Why didn't I know about this potato recipe? Potatoes with onions are tastier than meat. Great recipe with potatoes and onions. Incredibly tasty potato dish with onions that will pleasantly surprise you. Simple, cheap and very tasty. If you have 3 potatoes and 2 onions at home, make this easy and delicious recipe. It is so easy. You will be amazed by the new way of cooking ordinary potatoes and onions. This is my family's favorite dish with potatoes and onions. Why have I never cooked potatoes according to this recipe? The taste of potatoes is simply incomparable!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 1kg. / 6-7 pieces.
Let the potatoes rest for 10 minutes.
3 large onions.
This will make the onion much softer and more tender!
Remove water from the potatoes.
Take the onions out of the water.
Salt.
4 eggs.
Mix well.
Cornmeal 4-5 tablespoons.
sunflower oil.
Distribute the mixture evenly.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
Mushrooms 250 gr. / 2 cups.
Butter 40 gr. / 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Yogurt or sour cream 5 tablespoons.
Salt. Black pepper.
Garlic.
Mix.
Don't forget to stir the mushrooms!
Remove from fire!
flour 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Milk 500 ml. / 2 cups.
Milk should be at room temperature.
Pour slowly and stir constantly!
This is the first part of the milk.
We return to the fire.
And add the second part of milk.
yogurt 1 tablespoon.
Nutmeg.
Mix well.
The mixture should thicken.
The potatoes are ready.
Aroma for the whole house!
Distribute the mixture well.
Cheese 150 gr. / 1 cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!

I call it a Potato Onion and Mushroom Bake….a lot of work but looks absolutely delicious…..at first I thought you were going to make fried Potato Cakes when you were grating the potatoes….as a child my Mom used to make those on a Friday night but you took it to a higher level spreading it out on a sheet pan and with the Mushroom Sauce on top!!!!!!! Wonderful! I’m going to give it a try on a small scale for just me….ty😊 And we used regular All-purpose Flour….
