The best part of Omega is that he has two storage boxes, one in each leg. They take up most of the space in his legs. I use them to store spare weapons and blast effects. usefull if you have an animal that thinks chewing on blast effects is a good thing to do. :) looking forward to your next video.
Personally I just keep all that stuff in drawers, but yeah a lot of people do that from what I understand, and I can see why, they could be quite convenient.

Man the UT got weird. That's their version of Menasor? I watched Armada, and I was aware of Ironhide from Energon, but I didn't realize just how far off the mark naming could get. And yeah I can see the resemblance here.
You are right about the claws being clear. I sometimes think that it is cheaper to produce clear plastic than opaque plastic. But if they were just regular orange, they could have added that burnt fade at the bottom instead, like they sort of have with his claws here..
Maybe, but I don't quite see why they would go cheap on just one aspect of the figure, especially when they seem to have actually painted the tips, and gone to the effort of fading it back to the clear color.
I think a cool idea for omega (it might have been in the marvel comic but idk) he was built on earth after the autobots discorvered cybertron was still alive, or found the means to revive cybertron, that’s why he resembles and earth rocket not a cybertronion spaceship
I still want an animated omega supreme toy, where you can swap the face for megatrons and starscreams, and where you can fit rachet and some others inside

The clear claw is actually genius to me for the same reason Galvatrons Particle Cannon is genius to me. Bc they remind me of the Death Star firing sequence and those zapper guns in stores with rail gun vibes so everytime a weapon has a clear barrel or surrounding greebles makes it look like it’s constantly charging or glowing with heat.

I got this guy and the Year of the Snake with the Armageddon Upgrade Kit. This guy is so cool! I have him in desplay with a buch of the old Legends figures (the one almost as small as minicons), and I love the was it looks! Yeah, those hips a little to far from his body, but I can look pass that. This is a figure I recommend to everyone! It´s the Titan from Siege, and Siege is one of the greatest lines in history!
Year of the Snake, a truly bizarre Energon Retool. It's amazing the lengths people used to have to go to get something close to the original designs. That Armageddon Upgrade seems so exhaustingly extensive. And yes the Siege one is quite nice, quite fun, and also yes, Siege is one of the Best Transformers lines ever.
@@PerspectiveEnd Yeah Armageddon is extensive but not as extensive as it seems. The end result is awesome, with the Led lights pointing the Rocket, I love it. The YOTS it´s good to be more in scale with the rest of the combiners or even Titans. The Siege one is more toon accurate and in scale with Predaking and Devastator. And yes its a retool from Energon, but I love the Unicron Trilogy Toy line, I have Energon Omega Supreme and Omega Sentinel, so adding this would make my Trio of "Omega Units", not omega sentinels, we have an Omega Sentinel Character already, "Omega Unit" As as TF Freak I came up with that name myself.
You know... I bet he could be pretty easily retooled to a new version of Energon Omega Supreme (at least based on the robot mode, although there's not really any way to make the dramatically different vehicle modes work) if they ever decided to try making a new Energon Optimus+Omega Supreme
I like him OK. He's not in a ton of the show and on my first watch through I managed to miss literally every episode with him, so I don't have a lot of connection to the character, after rewatching the show years ago.
I never had a problem with Omega Supreme's design in and of itself. The problem I've always had is in the logistics of his alt-mode. It serves the gimmicks far too much. He has no real way of traveling at any kind of speed, except by running. Whereas with Omega Sentinel, he at the very least turned into a spacecraft. As a spacecraft he made perfect sense as well. Sadly it is yet another figure we're never going to get from Hasbro

Fall of Cybertron Omega Sentinels have the ability to transform into a spacecraft, it basically looked like a flying cannon. 'Transformers Animated' Omega Sentinel turned into a robot, but mainly remained a spacecraft suitable for passenger travel. Incidentally was also the flagship for Ultra Magnus himself. Previously used by Sentinel Prime. Which gives Sentinel Prime a bit more backstory as well. Even the absolutely god-awful 'Transformers Energon' line had an Omega Supreme, link-up and became a flying spacecraft.
Does anyone else think it’s weird that in g1, omega supreme would transform into this entire launch station and rocket. Yet, when he flew away as a rocket and left the launch station behind, he somehow could still transform into his robot mode, despite leaving the rest of him behind. Most things in g1 are forgivable, but how the HECK do you explain that?
Yeah it was always annoying to me too. Know I reconcile that with the notion that he has a space bridge built into him, so he just transports everything back to him when he arrives.
I like to think the tank part loads everything onto the rocket, then boards it and he flies away. Also, how funny would it be if Omega blasts off, then becomes, like, a pair of legs or something. And then he fights Devastator like that.
Who has the best lightpiping. Omega, ultra magnus, inferno or shockwave. (Inferno wave three, shockwave and omega being from segie, and ultra magnus, well i forgot which version I’m thinking of but I saw it being lit up in its normal position and not when you shove his head up a lightbulb
I love the titan figures, it's the reason I've gone out of my way to buy all the micromasters and weapon masters. Makes for great displays, also helped when weapon masters were on clearance for $1 each as I get to army form AND lots of blast effects.

Since he isn't as tall as Unicron, and the other titan class is the arc, does that mean the arc won't be as tall as unicron? I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't
@@PerspectiveEnd I've got one now, and if anything feels like a shotgun pump it's the sliding part of the rocket hull. Also it takes some finagling, but the joints in the head do allow it to look up slightly. Plus it raises the head so he has some kind of discernable neck separating the head from the body. And the colouring on the sides of the torso is... inconsequential. The top of the shoulders would have been a more important part to paint yellow to keep visual continuity with the pecks and even then it's fine as is.

Got this guy after ER scorponok and honestly he didn’t give me much hope; joints weren’t strong enough and the base mode sucked. This guy is amazing! Poses as well as it needs too while still being able to hold it- and the base mode is really good (aside from the tank IMO).

PerspectiveEnd sadly I think I’ve been on the better side of QC; the only issues besides that I can really think of is the leg balljoints snapping off of my soundbarrier thanks to some lovely fragile clear plastic. Some tolerances are a little off here and there (for example the backpack of my cliffjumper doesn’t want to stay on his back) but nothing significant- I weep for the people with broken grapple pegs, jazz roofs, and whatever the hell went wrong with the Datsun molds.

Am I the only one who thinks he should have had a connection to the combaticons rather than the constructicons in g1. Both have some sort of battle mask, both are battle themed, both have blaster hands, and them being brainwashed could explain how megatron knew how to brainwash them again. And both had some of the more interesting lore in g1
I know this is late, but you should consider getting the Newage omega supreme. It really is like a micro masterpiece, and the base mode is so much better and the tank can actually go on the track with a motor moving it
I doubt they'll make him that big, but leader sized is not out of the question. Though I do have to say I don't think he should be bigger than the average beefcake Decepticon. The only time he was was in the WFC show, and now in the current comics.

Nah it's not that weird. As for my Favorite villains, that's hard to say. I often don't much care for the "Face" villains. I like horror movies most often where there are a hoard of dangers, but I do like more singular threats too. Off the top of my head the Hell Cop is really cool. hasbro has been doing small restocking of titan class devastator and scorponok that has caused some sites to lower the prices of those figures , I just bought combiner wars devastator to go along with my omega supreme on amazon for it original retail price so this is definitely the time to be hunting those figures if you missed out the first time around .

so glad he is getting a reissue i missed out on him and he is probably my second fav titan after scorponok who i just got from a trade. we just need a better smaller metroplex and i think ill be done with titans hell metroplex might not have to be a titan he could be a commander with simple engineering and it can include his drones

I never had a problem with Omega Supreme's design in and of itself. The problem I've always had is in the logistics of his alt-mode. It serves the gimmicks far too much.
He has no real way of traveling at any kind of speed, except by running. Whereas with Omega Sentinel, he at the very least turned into a spacecraft. As a spacecraft he made perfect sense as well.
Sadly it is yet another figure we're never going to get from Hasbro

Fall of Cybertron Omega Sentinels have the ability to transform into a spacecraft, it basically looked like a flying cannon.
'Transformers Animated' Omega Sentinel turned into a robot, but mainly remained a spacecraft suitable for passenger travel. Incidentally was also the flagship for Ultra Magnus himself. Previously used by Sentinel Prime. Which gives Sentinel Prime a bit more backstory as well.
Even the absolutely god-awful 'Transformers Energon' line had an Omega Supreme, link-up and became a flying spacecraft.

Does anyone else think it’s weird that in g1, omega supreme would transform into this entire launch station and rocket. Yet, when he flew away as a rocket and left the launch station behind, he somehow could still transform into his robot mode, despite leaving the rest of him behind. Most things in g1 are forgivable, but how the HECK do you explain that?
Yeah it was always annoying to me too. Know I reconcile that with the notion that he has a space bridge built into him, so he just transports everything back to him when he arrives.
I like to think the tank part loads everything onto the rocket, then boards it and he flies away. Also, how funny would it be if Omega blasts off, then becomes, like, a pair of legs or something. And then he fights Devastator like that.

Who has the best lightpiping. Omega, ultra magnus, inferno or shockwave. (Inferno wave three, shockwave and omega being from segie, and ultra magnus, well i forgot which version I’m thinking of but I saw it being lit up in its normal position and not when you shove his head up a lightbulb
I love the titan figures, it's the reason I've gone out of my way to buy all the micromasters and weapon masters. Makes for great displays, also helped when weapon masters were on clearance for $1 each as I get to army form AND lots of blast effects.
Where the hell where the weapon Masters on clearance for 1 dollar each? I have never seen a deal that good anywhere?
And yeah, I didn't even think to pair him with the micro masters.
@@PerspectiveEnd Walmarts in Canada during mid lockdown when they opened for a little in between. Got my hands on a nice amount, mainly it was for blast effects but after making a pic of skylynx attacking an army of them I fell in love with the idea.

@@PerspectiveEnd I've got one now, and if anything feels like a shotgun pump it's the sliding part of the rocket hull.
Also it takes some finagling, but the joints in the head do allow it to look up slightly. Plus it raises the head so he has some kind of discernable neck separating the head from the body.
And the colouring on the sides of the torso is... inconsequential. The top of the shoulders would have been a more important part to paint yellow to keep visual continuity with the pecks and even then it's fine as is.

Got this guy after ER scorponok and honestly he didn’t give me much hope; joints weren’t strong enough and the base mode sucked. This guy is amazing! Poses as well as it needs too while still being able to hold it- and the base mode is really good (aside from the tank IMO).

PerspectiveEnd sadly I think I’ve been on the better side of QC; the only issues besides that I can really think of is the leg balljoints snapping off of my soundbarrier thanks to some lovely fragile clear plastic. Some tolerances are a little off here and there (for example the backpack of my cliffjumper doesn’t want to stay on his back) but nothing significant- I weep for the people with broken grapple pegs, jazz roofs, and whatever the hell went wrong with the Datsun molds.

Am I the only one who thinks he should have had a connection to the combaticons rather than the constructicons in g1. Both have some sort of battle mask, both are battle themed, both have blaster hands, and them being brainwashed could explain how megatron knew how to brainwash them again. And both had some of the more interesting lore in g1
I know this is late, but you should consider getting the Newage omega supreme. It really is like a micro masterpiece, and the base mode is so much better and the tank can actually go on the track with a motor moving it

hasbro has been doing small restocking of titan class devastator and scorponok that has caused some sites to lower the prices of those figures , I just bought combiner wars devastator to go along with my omega supreme on amazon for it original retail price so this is definitely the time to be hunting those figures if you missed out the first time around .

I don't do that because it's so distinct to that ONE continuity. It really can't be considered the standard. It's what makes Animated unique, it's not what's the norm.
