Living Alone in Japan VLOG | Handmade sweets that bring happiness | Living with cats

Hello my dear friends!
How are you all doing? Our cats are doing very well. Today I baked cookies using the rosemary that I grow on my balcony. Homemade sweets are delicious, aren't they?
I have included the recipe, so please take advantage of it 😊
[Materials]
・30g sugar (I use beet sugar)
・Water 20g
・40g vegetable oil (I used rapeseed oil this time)
・ Ground flour 50g
・20g whole grain flour
・Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
・1/8 teaspoon salt
・Oatmeal 40g
・25g walnuts (roughly chopped)
・Rosemary 1-2 teaspoons
・Raisins 20g

Put the sugar and water in a pot, heat it, and once it boils, simmer for about 30 seconds to 1 minute to make the syrup.

Add the syrup from step 1 to the vegetable oil and mix well with a whisk to emulsify.
3.
Sift the flour, or put all the flour in a bowl and mix with a whisk to make sure everything is well mixed.
4.
Mix all the ingredients and use a spatula to gently mix them into cookie dough.
5.
Divide into 12 equal pieces, place on an iron plate lined with parchment paper, and press with a fork to flatten.
6.
Bake at 170 degrees for 15-18 minutes. (The baking time varies depending on the oven, so check the situation and adjust the time.)
