the choreo is exactly how i would’ve imagined anyone dancing to it tbh. like i didn’t expect it, but when you listen to the song, and how it has its hip hop roots, i would dance to it like that 😭. also you’re right, i love how it feels like a bunch of friends dancing together rather than something too stiff
I think what I love most about new jeans dances are that it doesn’t seem super polished and synchronized compared to a lot of groups. Instead, they look like they’re friends having fun and making dances for fun and just being good at it. It’s moves with the music more, it’s fun, and, it’s more relatable tbh. As someone who can’t really dance, their choreo is always stuck in my head lol. I can’t wait to see what new jeans have in store this year!
@7:25 I think the reason why new jeans separate themselves from the rest is because they genuinely enjoy dancing with each other and you can see it. I completely agree with you on that point and kind of encapsulates how back in the day when we were young that we would enjoy playing with our friends, having a good time, spending quality time together which seems rare nowadays because of society is more involved now with social media and having an online presence versus a genuine in person connection which so many people want to get back to. I remembered from one of Ban Heeso's videos, she said something about Hyein and her princess syndrome. Maybe that's connected to this one because it looks like Hyein thinks that she's a princess in this MV.
