#21 on the list should be a water meter. Around $10, it's been a game changer for my houseplants. No more guessing whether your plant needs water or not. The kids love using it too. Love the list!!!

I need an auger, Felco pruners, subscription to Dallas Garden School & cloches are a cool element in every garden:)
I got a beautiful large wind chime last year as well as a large, squirrel- proof bird feeder. My husband did good:)

Love your channel. Wondering if you have a link to the garden journal book you write in? Looks like it would be great for keeping records of what’s growing.

A membership to the American Horticulture Society is an outstanding gift! Membership is under $50 a year and includes free entry in to over 300 Botanical gardens and arboretums in the USA. A free quarterly magazine is also included. It’s the best kept secret out there!

Hi Amanda! Thanks for the gift ideas some of these are definitely going on my wishlist! You are looking so beautiful.
I also want to add that time is the best gift you can give someone. So if you’re tight on money, those handmade coupons of “one hour gardening chores” or something like that. Spring and summer are busy times for gardeners and chores will add up quickly. Also a good way to get kids interested in gardening.

Great gift ideas. The collapsible rake and the hori hori knife are going in my "letter to Santa" this year. The best gardening gift I've gotten was a Portable Garden Bench and Kneeler with tool bags. I really appreciated it while I was pulling up a 33 gallon bag filled with that nasty Virginia Button Weed from my front yard last week! It saved my knees from a lot of misery... LOL. You look so pretty in this video. Wishing you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving.

Wow! I almost didn't recognize you all dressed up for the holiday! Beautiful! And what a great list for all of our gardener friends and family -- not to mention, for ourselves! ;). I need some of these great gifts myself! Thanks for all your great content and help in the garden this year. I believe you are the only gardener in our area with a RUclips channels so it's so helpful to have you share all you do in the garden. I subscribed to the Dallas Garden School not long ago too. It's so informative and great to be able to have this great resource in our area. Thank you, Amanda!

Great suggestions. I purchased a hori hori knife and an auger this year. Use the hori hori all the time and find it indispensible. The auger was great for bulb planting but takes a bit of care and practice since I have a yard of massive tree roots. Couldn't live without my gardening boots and plan to check out the bird buddy for my husband.

Great informational video, now I'm thinking, "who should I send this video to for holiday gift ideas for me!!"
I started out already owning quite a few of the items but who knew there was a collapsible wheelbarrow??? I do have a gorilla cart though, which I find is indispensable.
I want everything on your list that isn't Texas specific, I'm Maryland zone 7.
However, one thing I can't live without and totally abuse every year; the pop up garden trash bags!! I honestly think my husband has already bought me 3 new ones for Christmas; I'm going let him think I don't know. And the only other thing I would recommend for those of us that are aging; battery operated tools. I love my leaf blower, hedge trimmer and weed whacker, all interchangeable with their batteries. I let my husband use all the gas powered tools, they're just too heavy for me. (We live on a wooded acre, so there's lots of leaf blowing until Thanksgiving.)
I hope you get all your wish list items!!

Really enjoyed your list for gardeners! I’m awful I was adding these gift ideas to what I want to receive for Christmas list!🤣😂🤣
You’re very inspiring! Gardening here in North Texas is not easy with the freeze then the heat and drought. I’ve lost so many plants but I’ll keep trying. The subscription to the Dallas Garden School sounds idea for me.
    Thanks Amanda
