High Risk what

High Risk Warning apparently not working.
Did some TOB then went to do a follow-up clue forgetting I was on a High Risk World. No worries, the in-game warnings will protect me...
I also had the "High Risk" plugin on, which is supposed to disable wildy teleports so feelsbadman
