I don't think this is real🤔. Because, No 1) if u look at the circle made of plastic, it isn't in the shape of a circle and it doesn't have a sharp edge. No 2) If u look at the first portion of this video , when it is cutting, the paper is put inside to the home-made punch the video has stopped and played it soon.

That's a brilliant idea. I was wondering, what to do, if I can't find a hole puncher with small enough hole diameter for my project. Now I'm confident I can make it myself, if needed. Though I'll have to practice on a thinner cardboard first, because I'm still clumsy with craft, but still!
