@@Henri343 There has only been speculation recently that the V8 will be used again. But it hasn't been confirmed yet. The 4-cylinder was previously planned. But we'll see. I would be very happy if the V8 came back and I think many AMG fans feel the same way.
Our 2019 e53 amg is much louder engine note wise and pops and bangs too, it's interesting how the emotion start doesn't seem to really work on this one. Ours does little pops and everything on emotion start and goes up to like 2.5k revs.

I don't know when a Mercedes will realize that people don't like AMGs just for the image, AMGs were known for their sound, now having an AMG or a Tesla is almost the same. Mercedes is losing its identity. I'm very disappointed with the news amgs.😢

Standard Night -Package is replacing all the chrome parts on ; FRONT and REAR Bumper, as well the Frame (surrounding the windows) + black rear mirror caps. the Night Package 2 replaces the chrome Panamericanagrill and the chrome AMG / CLE 53 badges , as well as the Merc-Star and the turbo- Sidebadges into BLACK chrome .. there is no Option to keep the all black Badges in black chrome , if you take only the Standard night package because you don't want the black Panam-grill !!
Dont get why people call this "the fake amg". C class had a V6 in amg in like 2001, and that had 350 hp. So it has 100 hp more than a "real amg" from 20 years ago, and its considered an amg-lite. It a perfect blend between power, daily usability and price.

However BMW aint no saint either when it comes to putting on weight, just take a look on the new M5 which is 500kg heaver than its predecessor, new M4/40i's are gonna be hybrid in the future and same thing awaits them in the weight gain. I am just saying this merc is not a slouch, it will pull like a freight train and is plenty of performance for most people.
This ride has nothing on the BMW M5. But I Love the Option packages on AMG better than BMW because you can get a fixed Spoiler option and exterior carbon fiber options are way better than most to all Luxury brands in America
Without any custom straight pipe exhaust this car is not as wild as it could be, sadly. If of course this config have this "upgraded" exhaust becouse this was not clear in video at least i dont catched what exhaust it is in this config, but still i consdering buying it becouse it is nice car.
It’s clearly got a soft limiter on it like most cars now but there are simple mods that will get you more emotion for a small cost if you choose. IMO it does look better than an M4 and I do like the M4 but this beats it, tech wise it’s loaded and the price is what you’ll pay for a car like this, the 63 will eat an M4 but it’s a 4 pot M139 engine with electrification so I think I would settle for this V6 don’t get teary eyed the V8 has gone!
As a Mercedes fanboy Mercedes are getting out of hand with their engines interior quality and price the price for this one doesn’t justify for a 53 maybe if it was a 63 and could actually compete with an m4, the V8 was iconic and even in the c63se if they did add a inline 6 hybrid it wouldn’t be as bad and there would be sales on the car
Funny thing is the 4 cylinder amg engine sounds better lol. Hopefully the aftermarket can help this engine sound good. I think there’s a reason that most of BMWs inline 6 engines sound so bad

Nice looking car, but the cost clearly tells me to stick with my M276 which is just as reliable but without the excess technology and cost to boot.
