What nonsense is this? The defense seems to have no witnesses with anything important to say.
Not even one helped Chad. His own kids made the entire family viewed as detached and inhumane even more.
I completely agree, Emma is clearing covering and lying for her father. The no emotion and monotone as she answered the questions were clearly rehearsed and lies.. shameful, absolutely shameful

Are they going to call witnesses that they let go come back. I read in the comments Melanie Gibb. I didn't listen to this part. But I did here Emma Daybell's name being mention. The prosecution wants to bring her back on.
@@ainokea911 From what I understood listening was there was something in Emma's testimony and questioning , that led to the Prosecution feeling there was an opening to bring up a subject the judge previously said, couldn't be brought up. That would require some man (forget who) to come back and Hermosillo to come back for questioning. The juge said yes to both but also said he could change his mind on point or at the moment, depending upon further questioning.
It was not just during Emma's questioning, there was a separate issue for bringing back Hermosillo.
