The best way to gain car experience AND winning races safely is to do the team races.
You then select the fast car and give that other one, you want to gain experience for, to your teammate.
He probably will be last and thrash it into walls or the other drivers, but you can still win by helping him a bit.
All you got to do is NOT getting stone dead last with one of the cars, so even if you're on 2nd and 3rd in a 4 car race, you can still win it.

If you do a Sprint race, get a fully prototyped 22B, shift all the way to gear 5, use all your nitrous and you're 100% guaranteed that you'll win; it happens to me all the time
Here's an advice: using nitrous WHILE changing from a gear to another in Juiced is an absolute waste. It's a small difference, but it should be taken into account.

When I played Juiced, I used the Dodge Viper for all races, the best car.
I don't remember the price, but, the Races where you can lose the car, I used the Dodge Viper, I remember I had 6 Dodge Viper, one per class.
Get the 22B and on the last tune up in the list you can turn the car down to i think 198bhp which means you can dominate the first classes then upgrade it and get waste everything from 200-300hp
You once made a video on juiced with the same corvette in the thumbnail with cheated/cheating in the title lol. Coincidence
