Funny thing is that they did it right with Harvest Moon Grand Bazaar, they managed to mix the classic farming element of Harvest Moon and managing your own shop (or stand in this case), so they didn't have an excuse to make the game this bad
I have been BINGING your channel since I found your style savvy video. It is criminal that you don’t have 100k+ subs 😭😭 your style is so cute and your vids are so well made 💞💞
I remember following the production and being so excited for this game, and when i finally got to play it, it felt so incomplete. It just felt like a fart of a game.
That permanent feeling of playing a nice HM game like the original one BUT with the extra dungeon exploring and gathering. IDK how YT recommended me ur video, but I´ll gladly stay. Kudos From Colombia.
I feel like I’ve literally been waiting my entire life to see another Black girl/nonman talk about a series I have loved since I was a literal child and still play to this day 🥲 Thank you for your service, Sis, your vibe is immaculate 💖
This just unlocked a suppressed memory in my brain, lmfao! I used to own this game back when I had my old 3DS, and I lowkey found it so damn boring, lmao! So glad that seemed to be the general consensus. Which is a shame, cuz I see what they were going for, and it could’ve been such a great concept for a game, but the execution fell so short.
I feel so vindicated rn when i first got my 3ds from my aunt i was so happy and she gave me a game from one of my favorite game companies natsume i was expecting so much and got so little and it was unfortunately my only game for the longest time until my boyfriend(now husband) got me pokemon X
I totally forgot about this game as a kid until I saw this video! This is really unlocking long forgotten memories 😅😅 It really left no impact on me even though I vaguely remember playing lots of hours of it. Even though I hated this game and that it only had one town area to explore, i guess something about the shop gameplay hooked me. I definitely remeber playing this game and being mad that it wasnt like the farming games id seen online. Then I got Harvest Moon: The lost valley and hated that too. Luckily Stardew valley came out and showed me what a farming game could really be😂
If you wanna go older, Grand Bazaar and Tale of Two Towns are fun! The graphics and sound design are very nostalgic. But as the person above said, the latter 3DS titles were very fun, I loved them
I don't think there's anyone who was more disappointed with this game than me. I was so hyped for this game and when I finally got it... it was nothing like I thought it would be. Everything is so random, you have to hold the correct random item in your pocket or sell the correct random item in your store to get random events to progress the story. It was also way too easy to make money. I had fully upgraded my store before the end of the first spring. I also had a game breaking bug after fully upgrading the store, where if too many people were inside, my game would freeze and crash and I'd have to do the day over again. I rage quit after that.
I bought this game when it first came out, I played it about 30 or 40 hours but couldn't tell you anything about the story 😂 I've tried to play it again several times I really want to but just can't get past the beginning its so boring

Your vibe is perfect. I’ve been really into the 3ds scene recently and you are my favorite creator!!!

I love your personality & your critique on this game 🌷

Congratulations on 5k! Love your energy and how even though you think the game is bad you still play it and critique it fairly :)
If I didn’t pick up Story of Season, I would’ve dropped Harvest Moon all together. Thank god it was just a studio and name change.

I’ve played the story of seasons games on switch but never had a harvest moon game for ds! I think I might buy one
Harvest Moon A New Beginning is pretty good, consider trying the original Story of Seasons too and the Trio of Town one, these 2 are excellent games

Can you do a sunshine island play through or review please
I love the vibes!!! 🥹

I feel like hometown story is harvest moon the same way rune factory is harvest moon but RF was actually pretty good
