the drivers were latest at the time
Why do you have the FPS locked.. You can get way more out of it. and it wouldve been for informative because you made a video showing the power of the GTX 970
yeah sorry about that but my monitor's refresh rate is 60Hz so can't go higher than that unless you want to see screen tearing.
