"we're gonna start tame, we're going to the climbing gym" honestly iconic! not my idea of tame but I love climbing and I love having hobbies other than writing! Also YAY to writer's groups!! I love mine and I hope yours are just as good and stay strong!
I love this idea! Especially since most coffee shops are closed about the time I'm off work, so this helps me think outside of the box on trying different places to write. I also like the idea of your own writing group, I might have to look into that! I need more writing friends!

Over the summer/fall, I've been most productive writing down by the lake but now that temps are ~10-12 celsius, I think those days are over.
Oh my gosh, I love writing outside! It's usually the spontaneous thunderstorm that gets me, oopsie
