Agreed, I’ve been binge watching all of Zeke’s excellent videos !! I just today, only just heard about the Serbian Defense dog. I’ve been sharing this series to other dog enthusiasts. So many wonderful dog breeds out there. Do your research and you too, will find your perfect fur-kid.
I'm a GS guy. I was at the pound(hate that word) and was looking for a second dog that was totally different than my shepherd. There was a 2 yo female full bloodhound. It was love at first slobber...had to bring that dog home. I found that all the leash training used on shepherds means nothing to them. Their life is at the end of their muzzle. However, Tyche(her name) is the funniest dog I've ever seen. I'm thinking of training her to be a standup comedian because of her antics. You should see her make her bed at night before she sleeps. Or her ability to open the frig to get the left over pizza out. When she is watching tv she is totally absorbed. There is more but ya get the picture. I couldn't live without her now.
Everything she said is 100% accurate, although she should emphasize a bit more about the drool and slobber. It gets EVERYWHERE including the ceiling. That being said, best dogs ever.
Darren Tokaryk she did emphasize on the drooling didn't you see the whole vid? she said her walls are covered in it her shirt. it's so much slober that she doesn't put in her work clothes until the very end.
Feed them twice a day, not all at once and make sure they have an elevated place to eat off of, like 12 inches-18 inches tall. They swallow air if they eat too low or too much, and will get bloat and die. Don't ever allow them to get loose by themselves, they will catch a scent and won't stop going after it, sometimes for hours , even walking into traffic. They do not see very well when they are tracking, always walk them on a lead if not in a fence.
I haven't used a leash on my 8 year old bloodhound since he was 6 months old. Never runs away, near perfect recall. If you put the effort in, it's not a problem. I also live in a forest with lots of smells.
@@jameschenoweth2077 If you look enough you will find sources that say you should have it raised for large dogs and others that say the opposite. I have yet to see a very credible study that conclusively states one is better than the other. You could try both but just ensure your large dog doesn’t eat too quickly or drink too quickly.
@@jameschenoweth2077 I don't know what the internet says about it, but from experience I can tell you that the raised feeder was a blessing in my dog's life. I have a pit lab mix that had reflux and used to throw up all the food after eating. Since I introduced the raised feeder into her life, she has never had this problem again.
I have a bloodhound that was dumped out twice. My vet is the one who told me this. He found his forever home here. He is PTSD, and he is a companion to a PTSD retired military man. He is so much comfort for my husband, and the reverse is true as well. I use the command "Don't let your nose get you in trouble" when he gets carried away too much following a scent trail. Love this video. Great information.
So just over three years ago I watched this video either right before or right after I adopted Beauregard (seen to the left). The one thing in particular that you were spot-on about was they will make you laugh every single day. The vocalizations are amazing. The biggest suggestion I might add to your video is if you have a bloodhound have plenty of hand towels or washcloths hidden around your house to wipe slobber off of walls and ceilings. also if your bloodhound is allowed in the kitchen make a habit of putting a lid on every pot. When they do shake their head it is absolutely amazing how far they can sling the drool. My next dog is definitely another bloodhound. Really great dogumentary!
I’ve wanted a bloodhound since i was a kid and I’ve watched this video many times since it first popped up in my recommended a couple years ago. I showed it to my wife when I convinced her on the breed and now finally, my puppy is born and I’m just waiting till I can take my puppy home, yet again watching this video 😅
its been a roller coaster to say the least. she fell really ill and we thought we were going to lose her. she was diagnosed with some form of meningitis. after months of heavy medication she is now in remission. besides that, my experience with her has been challenging but very rewarding. These dogs are not easy to train, they are sensitive, stubborn, dominant, and strong dogs. they grow fast and play rough lol not to mention they take about 2 years to fully mature. right now I've got a 75 pound puppy on my hands.. just imagine what those puppy zoomies look like!! All that aside, they love harder and stronger than any other animal I've ever owned. every headache, wrecked shoe, hole in my garden, and late night vet visit has been worth it. she's the best dog I could've ever asked for. they are a great breed but you will need a lot of patience and time if you plan on getting one of these dogs.
@@joshuafortuna6669 Thanks for the insights! Glad to hear she is recovering. Yeah its definitely not a breed for everyone, but its great when they are in a good home that understands them. Hope she continues to do well and enjoy!
@@joshuafortuna6669 i’m glad you’re enjoying your new companion. I had a bloodhound for 10 years! Very dominant but if you are a solid leader without getting aggressive they will listen to you amazingly. So loyal and sweet. Love the breed so much & every time I hear of someone enjoying their bloodhound it brings a tear to my eye. Please give her the best life (:
Bloodhounds are such sensitive, gentle souls. Beware--they are wet mouths and slobber on everything! They're the best, but I love hounds and have beagles and a basset hound.
I love the playground equipment shot with your guy running up the steps, Brought back instant memory (and tears) for My old GSD friend Harry who followed me up the neighborhood park slide and also went down on his butt right after me from first try at 9month old when we rescued him. From then on everytime we went over to the playground equipment he would run up the steps like your blood hound and slide down the slide on is butt just like a kid ...he knew I liked it is why he did it more than anything else I believe ...I'd just say "Harry go on the slide?" and he went....man I miss that dog every day...he was one in ten thousand! He was so easy to train and go out get the newspaper or go get practically anything reasonable I pointed to ...if our newspaper had not come? Unbeknownst to me he went stole a neighbors paper just to not come back empty mouthed ...I was like "what is this? we don't get the times!" He LOVED to help bring in groceries too! He would happily carry anything he could get his mouth around into the kitchen making as many trips to the car as we would let him ....He was so darn smart! crying.... Put him down at 13 years old just a few months ago when he could hardly walk and had no idea where he was, no appetite and massively huge tumor that just exploded in growth in his abdomen ... oh man....
Harry (and our other gsd's) favorite game was always "find it" I shut them all in a room and then hid treats all over the house and then let them out saying "find it!" he was no bloodhound but he found those treats like a drug dog!
I love that you tell it like it REALLY is so people don't get a bloodhound just because they like the look and idea ...people need to KNOW....like with how cool my gsds are? Having shared all the cool things above? do NOT NOT NOT get a gsd just because that all their ability tickles you...that is only the fun part of owning the breed ...rescues are FULL of abandoned gsds people could not deal with ...like the bloodhounds apparently you have a LOT OF work that you HAVE to be up to...and there is no locking them in a backyard alone....they are FAMILY or will make you miserable...they need lots...LOTS of attention and exercise you HAVE to be willing to DO every single day ...really hampers life styles ..you must conform to THEM...
Loved it! Watched the whole thing! Extremely relatable to me and my bloodhound - although I am going to start asking my guests to ignore him when they first come over. I have a couple of people who definitely "trigger" him and get him too hyped up when they arrive! Thank you for the video!
Our bloodhound was very sensitive to sounds and would howl with the wind, join in with tv singers and accompany emergency vehicle sirens. She was very entertaining.
I cried watching you with your dogs. I lost my beloved bloodhound earlier this year and my life has been so empty without him. They are the most loving and giving dogs that I have ever had and I cant see myself getting anything other than another bloodhound once my heart heals from the loss of my absolute best friend I ever had, thank you for sharing.
Boy could I do with you. I am on my second rescue Bloodhound because I just love them to bits. Neither has had any etiquette. They please themselves and are quite stubborn, but you are correct in saying that they do make you laugh every day and are very mild and easy going. Very easy to fall in love with. My older female is especially precious, she has the gas of an elephant, snores like a freight train, digs up my sofa pillows and plonks her chubby bottom down to nap. Oh, and she eats every thing and any thing she can get her paws on then has the effrontery of belching loudly in your face. What's not to Love?
Currently have a bloodhound pup. About to be 3 months. Very smart pup but extremely stubborn.(I love that though, helps me better myself by being more patient since they are a sensitive breed) We are together almost 24/7. Other things you should consider if wanting to get it as a pup. They try to eat everything metal, rocks, wood, you name it. They can eat! So watch overfeeding. Their ears get dirty constantly so I would recommend ear cleaning/checking constantly. As pups, take them out constantly to pee. Even when you think they wont pee. They drink a ton of water so keep that in mind. I dont mean to discourage anyone just wanting to inform a bit more.
Well Done Marti I have 2 Bloodhounds and everything you described about the breed is spot on. My "2 girls" are without question the most loving and affectionate dogs you could imagine....BUT....they are very headstrong in their ways....typical Bloodhound...you gotta love the whole package....they love you unconditionally!!!!
We have a bloodhound and he is so stubborn. Buford lives in our house and we do have an issue where he jumps on people. He is very protective of our grandbaby...
We have a 3 year old bloodhound named Bruno and he is an amazing dog. A bit dramatic, loves pets and treats and is a wonderful couch buddy. I try to take him on walks and he goes to daycare once a week so he can socialize and play. Everything on this video about bloodhounds is spot on. If you don’t mind cleaning up slobber 🤤 they are loving and wonderful companions.
Thank you this is so informative we have had basset hounds for over 30 years but were considering a bloodhound to keep our current Basset hound company and be the newest member of our family. We are both recently retired, this had given us lots of tips, beautiful dogs. 🥰🏴
Ours just turned 15 last month. She has been a great companion and still gets around although pretty slowly now. She is 105lbs and I have to help her back end up the stairs and carry her down. We have had her since she was 8 weeks old.
I had a redbone hound for over a year and he had the same traits as you describe about bloodhound. Gabriel focused on smells also and was funny and smart and loving.
Your phone listened to you having to stop on the street every 20 steps to tell people that your dog is a bloodhound and that they love the pets and all other dogs.
I absolutely love bloodhound's but probably would not be a good match for me. I want my dog to be able to hike with me in the woods off the leash. Bloodhound's will run away chasing their nose and get lost.
I was in a serious car wreck & ended up with a new disability & need a staff to walk & I have epilepsy, I have a British Bulldog & 2 German Shepherd ALL three are my service dogs, in 10yrs I trained 8 Labradors & 9 German Shepherds! For the RNIB ( the Royal National Institute for the Blind) I had 3/4 pups from 12 wks to one year! I can identify the work that you do too! They have blue "training coats" & when they get to 1 year they matriculate 2 their red coats! It has been the most rewarding work I have EVER done and I was the matron in the busiest Hospital of my country then I had the car wreck and it was the dogs that helped me get physically well but I'm very much like you no dogs of mine have ever walked in front of me they are seeing eye dogs so I take them round shopping malls different offices restaurants and it says in bold letters "PLEASE do not approach the dog!" and I have to be honest everyone has been supportive and very respectful thank you for letting me see what it's like living with Bloodhounds my cousin has an 8 year old bitch she's also a working dog her name is violet and she is absolutely wonderful she has a beautiful nature! Out of the labradors the, German Shepherds and my British bulldog I have to say my bulldog is perhaps closest to me because she can anticipate epileptic seizures! My German shepherds are also Service dogs there is a lot of burglary and breaking and entering, so my two German Shepherds Pepsi and Max take care not just of my property but also the neighbourhood and it has made a huge difference! German shepherd live outside, they have a huge Barn with heating in it and they absolutely love lying in the hay bales and they're very good with my four horses thank you again for letting me see what your life is like, I too am single unfortunately I lost my husband in the car accident that was 3 years ago!! Love & Light Rana Myles xx P.s My Gorgeous German Shepherds, work with the police!!😘😘👍👍❤❤💐💐🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶
This video is pretty spot on except for a few things that she didn't mention in the video. For starters this breed can be very difficult to potty train. It could take up to 2-3 months before they are completely housebroke. Their ears needs to be cleaned daily or they will get infected. They do sober a lot after a walk or in the heat, females slober less than the males. They are very strong dogs when you walk them so if you are older or have physical limitations they will pull you over and you will get hurt. This breed is common for getting stomach bloat so you need to feed them with their bowls about 12" off the floor and not let them run around after they eat. They are big shedders, so keeping them brushed a few times a week helps to keep the hairs down to a minimum. Lastly, some of these dogs can be food aggressive with other dogs so you may have to feed them separate in their crate or in a separate room to avoid a fight. They are very loving, loyal and sensitive dogs and get very attached to the owner or family that is with them the majority of the time. I would not leave these dogs all day while at work as they should not be left alone for any longer than 4-5 hours without getting in trouble. I have had a few Basset hounds over the years and decided to go with a Bloodhound which was a major step up as they are a larger dog compared to a Basset hound.
I had a bloodhound and I loved her so.... much. But when she was 7 yrs. old, she had to have some surgery. She died in recovery. She had a heart attack. That like to have killed me...!! You are right... she loved me and my family, but she didn't like strangers. She was hard to walk. She was on a long runner, but she was an inside dog. I wish I had gotten some kind of training for her before she turned a year old. She loved everyone until she got about a year old. We do have a huge yard. I had a hard time keeping her ears clean. I was having to constantly clean her ears. Sometimes it was embarrassing that she didn't like strangers, but sometimes it helped. I had strangers walk in my house twice, and she scared them off. She probably saved my life, so that was times I was glad she was the way she was. Regardless.... I love and miss her so much. She didn't get on the future. She slept on her bed ( NO CRATES!! ) We did have a gate that my husband made of steal. It was down by the back door and laundry room. She just stayed down there when we had company over and she just barked at our company. I felt safer with her down there. I didn't want her to jump up on them. She didn't like other dogs. She only liked puppies and she didn't mind cats and she loved kittens. I agree bloodhound are the best , but I would make sure that they get so kind of training before they turn a year old. That way they'll like strangers a little better. It's hard to tell that sad face no...!! ❤
The one time I experienced a bloodhound, it was odd. Resource guarding issues, bought to be a fur baby and ended up just not wanting to be a fur baby, which is so valid. She had drawn blood several times on people because they liked to make fun of her instead of try and fix the problem. Dog aggressive, no leash training, no motivation to cooperate, the family had no bond with her because they thought she was just mean all the time lol. She just needed rules, structure and proper training. I felt for that ol girl. Make sure you give your dog what it needs before you “spoil” it with shit they don’t need. They have no concept of money they don’t care how much shit cost. They just know the life you provide for them. If you expect a thank you, you won’t get it. They dont have to be grateful that they live w u, They don’t care. They’re dogs. They wanted that beautiful hound to lie around and do absolutely nothing. That imo was the abuse. I loved that girl. She deserved to see the world, she deserved the world. She deserved better. I hope she’s having a good day today.
Thank you very much for the video. Picked up a Bloodhound rescue a year ago, my first. The greatest dog I ever had, goofy, fun loving, best friend who rides in my truck very day. Great companion always entertaining! Question... Mine tends to be the peace keeper every time I take him to the dog park. If two dogs become aggressive he wedges his 130lbs between them and lays down with a goofy look on his face. He has done this dozens of times., he never gets aggressive and hates when others do. Is this common to the breed?
Mcastillo lol exactly, one lady ince told me her dog smelled good, i touched it and the nasty smell was so damn strong...some people are just dirty pigs hahah
ut bo i own a lab and a german...well groomed and they got a smell to them no matter how much I spray them with doggy perfume. It's not too strong or maybe it is i just cant smell it anymore buuuuuttt they don't slober. Add slober to that and yuuuck.
All dogs are goofy, but hounds are extra goofy. I'm a coonhound guy (3 all-blue Blueticks) and you have to really run them, especially if you hunt them and it's best to do so with tracking/training collars. But I like your bloodhounds, they are good-looking and well-behaved, and I like you too because you've got a great attitude. You guys all have fun!
My favorite all time breed.. I had one for 10 years, his name was Jake.. (named after adventure time’s “Jake”) I loved him so much.. Most gentle, sweet dog. They can be dominant & stubborn on occasions like my boy was but he was a good listener. Even though his huge ears were blocking his hearing 😂. Anyone who is thinking about getting one, please do. And RESPECT THAT NOSE. It is the strongest of any dogs’, and they can’t hear you too well all the time. These guys pull, so long leashes are really good for them. Keep them exercised well, 1 hour walking/playing minimum. They are susceptible to heart problems, eyes issues, and hip dysplasia. They are a pure breed so keep that in mind. Big sweet squishy babies they are.
I'm gonna be completely honest and keep it short as possible. I've had my bloodhound for 2+ years, and he hasn't had much exercise. We didnt know much about these dogs until recently. We loved his personality, and his looks, so we got him. He is a rescue dog btw. Is it too late to train him? I've heard you're supposed to train when they're young. I want to take him on walks everyday now, and take him to training classes. He is very aggressive towards house guests because of the lack of exercise. I am assuming he is frustrated. We thought that's just how he was. Should we get rid of him, or keep trying? If someone can help me out, I would appreciate it!
Bloodhounds are the most stubborn dog you can own. But you can still train him, but his stubbornness will make it more difficult than normal. The reason he seems upset with house guests is they are extremely protective of there home. If anyone comes in my yard my BH acts like he wants to attack them. However, if you take him out of the yard with the same person, he will love all over them. Bring them back on the property and he starts getting aggressive again. He is fine around anyone in public, not at home. I also suggest getting a Easy Walk Gentile leader harness, that connects to the leader in the front of the neck. He wont pull on that harness. My wife can walk all 3 of our hounds at once with those harness on. Cant walk one alone in a regular harness. Get the chest one, not the one that goes over the mouth.
Here is the correct harness you want, notice how it hooks in front. If they pull it turns them around and no pain. ruclips.net/video/PMBAxemcrUA/видео.html
Never too late to train. In fact try to get him into tracking you may see a big difference in his aggression. I have a Tasmanian Devil Belgian Malinois. Nearly 3 and had been in obedience/social training since he was 12 weeks. Lots and lots of exercise. Still high strung and aggressive. A couple of months ago got into tracking and huge difference. Much calmer and is now interacting, being playful with other dogs. Plus it's fun!
I just spent some time with a 7 month old Bassett, omg I love how they sit. Their bodies are funny when they sit given their long midsection. Such sweet sweet dogs!
They just melt my heart 💓❤️💓 I've had dogs in my life since birth I can't imagine how anyone could live without dogs I've always wanted to bloodhound besides the Turkish Kangal there on my dog bucket list but I'm actually a rescue dog kind of girl but hopefully I'll find one someday
So well done. Truthful in every aspect. I love bloodhounds-- have owned three and find them to be such a wonderful all-around breed if you know what you're getting into up front.
Hi Nice Bloodhound Lady, Couple questions about Bloodhounds. My only experience with hounds was a insane but lovable Bluetic, very protective and aggressive. He was a hunting dog and I'm not much into hunting anymore. That was 25 years ago. My wife and I live in the forest and we are looking for a "Great Protector" as my wife use to call our German short hair that passed about two years ago. I'm not looking for a killer, but we need a dog that will protect her. When I was a teenager a family friend had a Grumpy old bloodhound that use to guard his motorcycle, very well I might add. What do you think of the natural characteristics of a bloodhound for a watch/guard dog and family member?
i had a blood hound. Biggest shedder ever and snuggle bug. I miss her so much. But she bayed for 3 reasons 1 people 2 Dinner time 3 skunks/ Animal scent
I would do anything to have another bloodhound. Had two so far, one when i was 7 who obviously i was too weak to walk at that age, parents did train her very well and didnt get from a good breeder as she didnt like strangers, would take a few visits before she could come out after seeing someone new but perfectly fine with me and my sisters, always play fighting. Then we had another when i was 19, almost the complete opposite, loved meeting new people. Both were good with other dogs, great with cats, rabbits. But then with me and my sister going uni, my parents decided to get another dog to keep the bloodhound company, only they got a dalmatian and i hated that dog so much, made life hell for the bloodhound, always stealing her food, starting fights where you'd struggle to stop it, never let anyone play with her. Got to a point where i tried to keep her away from the dalmatian as much as possible as family always favoured her. Bloodhound passed 6yrs ago, dalmatian was put down 2weeks ago. Talk of getting another dog but they all want a dalmatian and told me i can get a bloodhound if i get my own place but in todays world, aint never gonna happen at this rate. Having spent the hardest part of my life with a bloodhound, always having them to cuddle when i had no friends, im lost without one.
Drewbles youl end up one day hopefully 8n a situation wher u may again I pray. Keep visits up at the pound 1st of all n most importantly, tell God how much u need one.
whenever I hear a person say 'nit-ch' I involuntarily hear a sneeze in my head. no idea why but here we say 'knee-sh', or rather how the teachers said it
I have a bloodhound/ basset hound mix (more stubborn than you can imagine). Also hyper, runs window to window in car rides. However the goofy side of him is great. He's 80lbs
Listen to everyone on this channel, first thing they ll say is "this breed is the funniest of all"... Well in my opinion every dog can be funny or dangerous depending on how you trained them..
I’m a smaller women with a blood hound- 2 yrs old. Luckily I have a fenced backyard and a screen door that he comes in an out of by himself- Ya. Get used to a routine. My blood sleeps in a a create and if In his own room- I leave the door open for him, he likes hanging out there and he’ll hide stuff in there too. Just a big dog. I live in the country, so walking him is really out of the question- specifically when gets on any scent, commands are totally ignored. Looking forward to our rescue dog training. I feel I lack as an owner because he’s not doing what he was born to do.
I have a bloodhound also. Before he eats I tell him to “sit” and he won’t start eating until I tell him “good boy” or leave the room. I could also leave all the doors open in the house and he won’t run outside until I tell him it’s ok.

I showed it to my wife when I convinced her on the breed and now finally, my puppy is born and I’m just waiting till I can take my puppy home, yet again watching this video 😅
Curious to how your experience has been with your pup?
its been a roller coaster to say the least. she fell really ill and we thought we were going to lose her. she was diagnosed with some form of meningitis. after months of heavy medication she is now in remission. besides that, my experience with her has been challenging but very rewarding.
Very dominant but if you are a solid leader without getting aggressive they will
listen to you amazingly. So loyal and sweet. Love the breed so much & every time I hear of someone enjoying their bloodhound it brings a tear to my eye. Please give her the best life (:
@@joshuafortuna6669 we’ve got a 4 year old bloodhound at home and he’s a rollercoaster for the most part, but he’s a super sweet dog

neither did i till i got one😂
Right?!
Bloodhounds are such sensitive, gentle souls. Beware--they are wet mouths and slobber on everything! They're the best, but I love hounds and have beagles and a basset hound.
This was great. As a bloodhound owner myself, I can confirm that they are an awesome breed!
She was very entertaining.
i met one once at a rescue, he was huge and sweet, when we would visit he would start baying.
Losing a bloodhound or any dog is really hard on you. But it does have one consolation; You get to get a puppy. EVERYBODY loves a puppy!
I am really! So very sorry for your loss 😢💔 even though it was a long time ago

They're adorable. They remind me of basset hounds, only larger and stronger.

This is becoming my favorite RUclips channel. Great work bro. Keep at it. Inspiring me to cut this 9-5 and follow my passion.
Flackdiesel889 update on that?
What is your passion?
I recently( 2nd week of quarantine) got a bloodhound. She’s 14 weeks old and stubborn but cute
Well Done Marti
I have 2 Bloodhounds and everything you described about the breed is spot on.
My "2 girls" are without question the most loving and affectionate dogs you could imagine....BUT....they are very headstrong in their ways....typical Bloodhound...you gotta love the whole package....they love you unconditionally!!!!
The bloodhound (chien de Saint Hubert) is one of the top 5 dogs.
Being able to track a sent up to 300hrs old is massively impressive.
We have a bloodhound and he is so stubborn. Buford lives in our house and we do have an issue where he jumps on people. He is very protective of our grandbaby...
Next summer we are getting a basset hound and a bloodhound. I can’t wait.

Your phone listened to you having to stop on the street every 20 steps to tell people that your dog is a bloodhound and that they love the pets and all other dogs.
Looking at that beautiful dog I can’t help but smile.
I absolutely love bloodhound's but probably would not be a good match for me. I want my dog to be able to hike with me in the woods off the leash. Bloodhound's will run away chasing their nose and get lost.
I have a beagle and everything she said is also true about my beagle
My Bloodhound Dug lived for 11yrs one was the funniest dog I have ever owned everybody should have one

Love this! You need are so spot on
i love this breed. My Cleatus is my best friend. he is the sweetest most sensitive loving animal i have every had. love them
This video is pretty spot on except for a few things that she didn't mention in the video.
I can hardly manage my basset hound. I can’t imagine what It’d be like if she had long legs and was this large lol
Torn between a coonhound and a bloodhound, i love this video. Lots of good info.
i have both and the only difference i have found is their size
Great video you were so right on about the Bloodhound
You should do the Fila Brasileiro there isn't much information about them.
They are incredibly fierce. Fred Jason
Fred Jason my buddy breeds them in california

Thank you very much for the video. Picked up a Bloodhound rescue a year ago, my first. The greatest dog I ever had, goofy, fun loving, best friend who rides in my truck very day. Great companion always entertaining!
Question... Mine tends to be the peace keeper every time I take him to the dog park. If two dogs become aggressive he wedges his 130lbs between them and lays down with a goofy look on his face. He has done this dozens of times., he never gets aggressive and hates when others do. Is this common to the breed?
Bryan Regan they stink though
ut bo yeah watching this whole video I couldn't help but think the house must stink
My bloodhound tries to be a peacekeeper too!
I want a bloodhound and I want to name him lettuce
David Mendez Interesting name.
I had one for 10
years, his name was Jake..

Great dogs. I will always remember the movie 🎥 “Where the red fern grows”. Great movie and can find anything with their nose.

You should do one on Brazilian Mastiff and Wolf Dogs
Christian Martinez Fila Brasilierio
more Fila brazileiro !
if you want a guard dog but a tracking dog also get you a Fila. They are also healthier than the bloodhound
Heresy, pure heresy!
Keep visits up at the pound 1st of all n most importantly, tell God how much u need one.
whenever I hear a person say 'nit-ch' I involuntarily hear a sneeze in my head. no idea why but here we say 'knee-sh', or rather how the teachers said it
I will definitely subscribe and keep an eye open for a Black and Tan Coonhound one like this one if there is not one already. Great job!👍
I have a bloodhound/ basset hound mix (more stubborn than you can imagine). Also hyper, runs window to window in car rides. However the goofy side of him is great. He's 80lbs
My dog barks at everything he wants everyone to look at them 😂
Look at 6:28 where they wait for each other!!
I used to have a Bloodhound and I agree they are so funny😂😂😂
i have a blood hound and there awesome and adorable
I have a bloodhound also. Before he eats I tell him to “sit” and he won’t start eating until I tell him “good boy” or leave the room. I could also leave all the doors open in the house and he won’t run outside until I tell him it’s ok.
The bloodhound is way bigger than i thought :O Love these "all about living with" videos!
