Seeing the wonderful and supportive group of friends you had at RPI just has me psyched. Props to you for making these wild life choices - so many, so early in life! For me, it's terrifying even thinking about going off to school, so I honestly have mad respect for you for taking the reins so soon and going where YOU want to go. Watching you pack gave me flashbacks of last month when I had to move stuff out of my bedroom so it could be redecorated. You never realise how much stuff you own until you have to move it! Like a few others it was a little sad to see you leave college early, but you had found your passion and your path in life and you had the courage to take it

I dont know but it feels so sad, like you have a very great friends, and education is important (for me) i mean there are a lot of people who wanted to pursue college but lacks financial assistance esp. in Asia. But i know following your passion really matters at all 😊

yeah I miss some parts of college like the lifestyle and always having your friends around, but I definitely don't miss the schoolwork. That's for sure haha
Why spend $50,000 a year to go to RPI and then drop out on your own? I was forced to leave RPI because of low grades in 1968 in my junior year. at that time it cost around $4,000 a year. It's been 50 years now, I know it was the best thing to happen to me. I was lucky, got a job as an associate engineer with A.T and T. the week after I funked out. The company paid for my schooling to complete my B.S... became an full title engineer then senior engineer. Work for 30 years and retire at 49 y.o. with full pension and medical. You don't need to be as smart as a rocket scientist to make money. You just need to be lucky.
