Good message on gratitude, Tolga. Worms are one of the ways I "live in the moment." Take care!

Thank you for this message. I had a moment last week when things got me down. I don't typically feel like that. Hearing your kind hearted message about gratitude, and to get our hands into the soil on challenging days is perfect advice. I'm sorry to hear you lost a friend recently, I hope you are doing ok. I'm enjoying your videos very much.

Great message mate. It's terrible that it takes tragedy to make us pause and appreciate what we have at times. I too need to get outside and get my hands in the worm bin to kind of 'reset' myself.

    The worms love Watermelon,❤
I don’t understand why a lot of people are scared to feed their worms?
I Volunteer at a Council Nursery in Australia I feed the worm fresh vegetables, lettuce leaves, grapes watermelon apples and so much more.
I’m sorry to hear about your friends passing my condolences 😢
Don’t struggle, you have had a second chance I’m glad your health is generally fine both physically or mentally, your on the right path.😊

Thanks Rick. I'm not against feeding scraps to worms. If I didn't need to produce 8 tons of compost this year for my new raised beds, they'd be eating all of our kitchen waste. Maybe next I'll stop throwing scraps into the compost piles and just utilise my green waste.

@@tolgaswp I have access to a Fruit shop waste and a Juice Bar including coffee grounds from 7Eleven😀
I was speaking in general, it just seems to be the normal thing on RUclips except for businesses large and small.
I like Northwest Worms I think that’s the name the name of the guy is Gatano.

Yeah, he's a dude. Love him. I think if I had a larger space, with at least higher ceilings and better airflow, I'd definitely ask my neighbors and local grocery for scraps. Especially if I had multiple cft's. I'd save on Worm chow, that's for sure!😂

Have you ever tried feed them wheat grass pads? I'd be interested in whether African nightcrawlers like it as well.

If you watch the latest CFT vid, I basically made a microgreen pad directly in one end of the bin. I will try making some pads as well but I couldn't find wheat berries until just this week. So watch out. There's a whole bunch of new content being developed with new experiments and larger scale worming.
