Paranormal Winter Hill

A few paranormal events that have happened over the years in Horwich, Rivington and surrounding area of Winter Hill on the West Pennine Moors in Lancashire with a phone conversation with a witness to a ghostly sighting.

Great video Mick. I had a ufo incident in the early 60’s right next to the mast, in the company of my elder brother and my father. Very close up, middle of the day, and as the lady from Horwich stated in your film, I (we) know what we saw.

It’s doubtful that the headless horseman could be from the Bronze Age. The earliest Bronze Age Plate armour is found in Greece. No Bronze Age armour has been found in Britain. If armour was worn, it would have been made from hardened leather. Chain Mail does not arrive until the Iron Age. However, Julius Caesar reports that the Celts in Britain wore no armour.
