Imo he's a poor man's Red Guardian now. Red G has almost guaranteed sp2 crit and has all his perfect block abilities

When it crits, that big yellow number is nice to see. His special 3 puts out very respectable damage too but the downside being the build up.

Did you test him with his sp1 while running max DW?
I remember running him in war when 6r4s were the thing with ssx and the bleeds put in a lot of work. Unsure of how they’ll do in BGs
I have a r3 and can confirm he cooks. He’s a insta win if his sp2 crits. If it doesn’t he’s still hitting hella hard on heavy crits. He’s also very versatile, wasn’t my first choice as a r3 but I did what I had to with limited options. Don’t regret it tho
Edit: believe it or not I did a r2 korg in 54 seconds 99% hp in vt. Sp 2 did not crit, if u play well he can be versatile.

I have him as a 6 star at R4.
I have been chasing him ever since i came back to the game (i.e., June 2023), when i created a new account.
In my opinion, he is very good and still has utility, but, damagw wise, i think Red Guardian is way better now.
I use both as much.
I have him rank 2, one thing he lacks is he's sp2 is not garanteed crit, if it wasnt the case, I would definitely rank 3 him.

Fun fact about cap, he CAN take korg and onslaught really well. He's won me plenty of matches against them.
I mean he can but he's definitely not great for them especially onslaught cuz u don't wanna parry him
But yeh if u play well/get a crit definitely doable just not really great for them
@@Trapmcoc420 except parrying him only gives you daunted, something that increases special damage and not the neuroshock damage and also super charges cap.
You get 2 to 3 kinetic charges every time he dashes in, and from my experience every time you do get a neuroshock when you heavy you have enough time to dash back and remove it before any real damage happens.
