Good question. All three (father, son and holy spirit) are omniscient at all times but the throne is different. Jesus said I have to go for the Holy Spirit to come, that does not mean Holy Spirit was not there on earth before that. Praise the Lord. The simple answer could be: 2 types of animals in the Bible. Clean and Unclean. The dog belongs to the second. In a spiritual sense: The unclean souls can't enter the kingdom of God. Good question. All three (father, son and holy spirit) are omniscient at all times but the throne is different. Jesus said I have to go for the Holy Spirit to come, that does not mean Holy Spirit was not there on earth before that. Same way there is a verse which says Father will dwell among men that does not mean He is not here right now. Check out Ep. 21

The simple answer could be:
2 types of animals in the Bible. Clean and Unclean. The dog belongs to the second.
In a spiritual sense: The unclean souls can't enter the kingdom of God.
We the born again are cleansed by the Blood of the Lamb and became righteous (not by our works).
There are more to it but due to time constraints I am cutting short.

1. தெரியாது என்பதைத் தெரியாது என்று சொல்வது. இதில் வெட்கப்படுவதற்கு ஒன்றுமில்லை முழுமையாய் வேதாகமத்தைப் புரிந்த மனிதன் ஒருவனும் இல்லை எழுதியவர்களையும் சேர்த்துத்தான் கூறுகிறேன். பிதா குமாரன் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவருக்கு மட்டும் தான் முழுமையாகத் தெரியும்.
2: சொந்த கருத்துக்களை, கோணங்களை, பார்வையை, தெரிவிக்கும் பொழுது இப்படியாக இருக்கலாம் என்று கூறுவதில் தவறில்லை. ஆங்கிலத்தில் கமெண்ட்ரீஸ் (விளக்கவுரை) என்று கூறுவார்கள். பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரின் துணையோடு தனிநபர்கள் அவைகளைத் தியானிக்கலாம் (அப் 17:11).
3. விமர்சனம் செய்வது தவறல்ல. Constructive criticsm is good.
சில மூத்தவர்களின் வேதாகமத்தின் நிலைப்பாட்டில் எனக்கு உடன்பாடில்லை ஆனால் நான் அவர்களை பெரிதும் மதிக்கிறேன். அதே நேரத்தில் கள்ளதீர்கதரிசிகளை விமர்சிப்பது அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் கடமை. எரேமியா தீர்க்கதரிசியும், எலியாவும் ஒரு அழகான உதாரணம் (தண்டனை கொடுப்பதற்கு நமக்கு அதிகாரம் இல்லை, எழுதப்பட்ட தண்டனையைத் தெரிவிப்பதில் தயக்கம் இருக்கக்கூடாது என்று கருதுகிறேன்)

Throughout the history of mankind we have many examples. It all began in Genesis itself. The sin is knocking constantly at the door. Sometimes we need to face it like the Apostle Peter said. Sometimes we need to run like Joseph in the book of Genesis. It depends.
Faith increases by hearing the word of God and not to Satan like Eve did. Resist at the beginning itself.
