Target 12: Union president weighs in about threat of teacher layoffs in Providence

The coming weeks are full of uncertainty around possible teacher layoffs, according to the head of the Providence Teachers Union. PTU President Maribeth Calabro told Target 12 that while the Providence Public School District has been warning about layoffs since last year, it has still come as a shock for teachers as the process begins.
