    I’m a newly paraplegic T9 and spastic yoga teacher, well before my illness progressed this far. I’ve been so down and finally just searched paraplegic yoga, and here you are! This video has truly motivated me to get back on my mat. I can’t sit up... yet! I don’t know how you were able to get in table either, but girls #goals! Sending much love, Namaste.

    Amazing! You should be proud of your consistent efforts to keep active and push your boundaries. And there are almost always alternate ways to accomplish movements or activities that best match your current abilities. And the filming and editing parts will get easier with time.     Awesome video. Some really good ideas and good example of technique. Your balance is really good. Are you a T10 (me) or lower? I am just starting so this will be a good adventure for me. I'd like to master the knee "standing" pose. That looks really good and engaged. My guess is not as easy as it looks. Unfortunately will be on the living room floor and not in the beautiful spot you had! Thanks!!!

    Owo thanx for the video Madelyn, you are amazing.. What is your injury level and is it complete or incomplete? Could you make a video explaining about the sansation maybe by using or doing something like a ' sansation test'' .. I think that the most misunderstanding thing in a s.c.i. is the loss of sansation which is not the same to each injury..( I am just giving an idea for a next video hahahha).. At any case, you are awasome and GO ON !!! Greetings from a new fan of you from Greece!!!

    Very interesting and useful video, I hope you will make other videos of this type, about your yoga sessions.
    If possible, you increase/improve the video quality to 1080HD, it would be perfect!

      @@madelynnmaria8509 ...ok, you try and you will see the videos will be better, in addition, before recording a videos you clean the glass of your camera, I have seen now, in your latest video, the glass was a little dirty, this can also damage the quality of the video.
      I think this format about yoga is absolutely great!

      ...If you want to talk about other topics in your channel besides yoga...you can talk: about your story to get started and introduce yourself.....later...I don't know, videos about transfers, about the model and characteristics of your chair and your cushion, if you swim advice on how to swim, how to make the bed and absolutely other videos/episodes about your yoga/stretching sessions 😍🔝...... maybe they are suggestions about stupid subjects , sorry!😢... Depends on what you want to talk about in your channel.

    Is it a good thing a get a spasm, or something you would want to steer away from? You don't feel the pain but the spasms may be a way for your body to begin to reconnect nerves

    Thank You for sharing! I tried yoga once! The instructor asked me to not come back! I apologized for all the popping and snapping sounds and the occasional oh shit! She said that wasn’t the problem, when she said let’s do down dog , I said, oh I got this, my wife says that to me all the time! She just finish’s it with asshole! LOL!
