Hey Charlie. Love watching your videos brother. I use windshield washing fluid or just plane windex with NO ammonia to thin my acrylic paints. I think it works better than 4012 does but that’s just me. It cost less and you get way more for your money lol 😂 look forward to seeing more of your videos.

It will work fine for thinning same I use now because our hobby lobby no longer sales it

Have you ever tried reducing DECOART PEARLS paint...or other craft pearlized acrylic paint...and used to spray with airbrush???

Absolutely I have just thin out like you would any other paint and spray then use 70 percent alcohol to clean out the cup on your airbrush will spray just fine

Candy paint is a different type of animal for sure. Achieving true candy effect requires some extra step when using over or under acrylics. And expensive to boot.

I have to clean out my gun often or I have the same problem I use a spray bottle and spray the tip very often to clean away unwanted paint from building up on the tip
