Thanks brother, I was in your boat a couple of years ago and then they discontinued it. When they reintroduced again, I just knew that this is meant to be and I got it. One fine day you’ll have one parked in your garage aswell. Keep your dreams alive brother!
@@bu11ymaguire With the pillion yes, Our infamous Indian Speed breakers are killers. So the first thing I got with the bike was the sump plate. So the bike's underbelly doesn't take much damage. When the bike is holding only the rider, It's decent most of the time. Doesn't scrape the ground as much as with a pillion.
I've never been to India, but out of curiosity, how often will you be able to use all that power over there? I don't know if India has interstates highways like America does, or if it's more like two lane regional roads, and what kind of maintenance they have. It's my understanding that practically all the bikes over there are less than 500cc. Is that true? If so, this thing will be a monster over there. I imagine it will turn a lot of heads. BTW, nice bike. I was trying to decide between the Speed Twin and the T120. In the end I went with the T120 just because I have a bad back and thought the slightly more aggressive riding position on the Speed Twin would not be good for it. EDIT: I saw some of your other videos. This is a really cool way to see India. I'll be subscribing.
Thanks for the sub. You are right about the power, this bike is indeed an overkill for Indian roads. We have good roads, but we also have lots of unpredictable pedestrians and squids (we call them chapris) So we have to be always careful while riding on Indian roads (National and state alike). Every ride is an adventure here in India :D. But yes we do have lots and lots of super bike communities here. I myself have my own club in which we have gs1250, 2 speed twin 1200s, Suzuki V-storm and 2 Street twins. Also congratulations on the t120, excellent comfort and more customisation options than the SpeedTwin 1200. Safe riding my friend.
Congratulations!! Haven’t received any complimentary accessory. Ensure to do a through PDI, (lights, indicators, check for scratches) that sort of things. Apart from that nothing specific to check
It’s a torque monster! It can do 50 as well as 210kmph in the 6th gear. I’m super happy with the performance. But it doesn’t scream “I’m a super bike” it’s compact and smaller than the Speed twin 900 / Street twin. I’m yet to get my first service done. The avg maintenance cost shouldn’t exceed 15k a year is what my understanding is.
It’s suspension is decent. Not too hard, not too soft. It’s capable to handle the infamous potholes in our county. But you need to get the sump guard as soon as you buy the bike. The ground clearance isn’t meant for the Indian spread breakers.
@@swapy0 the good thing about this bike is its capable of cruising at 50kmph at 6th gear and a little rev, it can touch 160kmph in a couple seconds. So yes, it can be comfortably driven in a city. But like every other superbikes, this is not built to be driven in the city. The radiator heat is manageable with a jeans on.

@@thatdelhiguy-storyteller the difference between the two is that Speed twin 1200 is slightly more sporty and has an aggressive stance, it also got the top spec Brembo M50s in the front which are top sport spec. Based on my experience, here is the comfort level. No.1 being the most comfortable. 1. Speed twin 900 2. T120 3. Speed twin 1200 4. Street Triple (least comfort or not meant for pillion riding) Speed twin 1200 can manage pillion for maybe 200-250kms post that it’s a literal pain in the a$$
