It simply joyous. Real instruments, real musicians, real songs and incredible talent. No computers no fakery . If this doesnt make you feel alive youre dead already. Bucket list band for me.
this band holds a special place in my heart. i’ve been listening to it since i was younger and i feel like it’s the soundtrack behind so many important memories.
The best band to ever grace this earth. When you hear Mumford & Sons you get more than a live music gig, you get a soul touching experience. I feel happiness, sadness and resolution in their music. Thank you to Marcus, Ted, Winston & Ben.
I had never heard this song until I read your post about it just now, so I had to check it out. And after listening to it, I totally get what you mean. Thank you for sharing it!
Idk what it is about a banjo, but it just makes a song that much better! Lol the keyboard player cracks me up, he's so hype... the lead singer really has the best voice ever ❤
Keep The Earth Below My Feet Marcus is an incredible showman. All of his confidence matches his talent and his incredibly strong body. His voice. Listen. He ran this shit like a boss.. EVERY SINGLE musician was praiseworthy. I hate that they broke up. I doubt one of them regrets what they were able to create and who they created it with. Love from Kansas
I hope they know just how much of an impact their music can have on someone, how they can transmit warmth through their songs and cheer up a day. I randomly happened to find their music on Pandora (OG's will remember this app), specifically The Cave, back in 2013. Almost 9 years ago and I still remember the feeling, being just smitten with their work, it opened up a whole genre for me and a world of emotions at a time when I going through a stage of depression and uncertainty as a teenager. Their amazing music accompannied me with such a positive vibe all through High School and University, through good times and bad, everytime I would feel a little homesick I would come back and find comfort in their music. Now I've just finished my Major, landed a great job and married the love of my life all within this year. And listening yet again to their music I can't help feeling so nostalgic, 9 years ago I would've never imagined feeling such happiness and peace in my life, everything just coming together through a lot of hard work and sacrifice. Who knows where we'll be in another 9 years? And if someone is feeling sad and uncertain right now, I promise you it does get better, put faith in yourself, work on yourself, be the best you can be for no one other than yourself, somedays are better than other but don't ever give up because you are worth it! Good vibes to everyone
Great words music should be used a lot more in rehabs and recovery programs i went to a daily rehab in Portsmouth in England every Friday afternoon we would choose a tune and you could notice the change in people’s moods whether it was good or bad it made a difference I’m gonna devise a programme that is music 🎶 based there must be a way of doing it with all the group work that is done in most of the programs been banded about over the years I’m in no doubt music stopped me in my tracks on more than one occasion all it takes is a line a bit of a verse to do it good luck for the future hope you get what you want out of life i will give it my best shot to get what i want out of it love of music and the love i get from my family is a good starting point 👍☘️🇮🇪

Absolutely loved the music you all were producing. Letting go of Winston Marshall has been catastrophic for the future of the band. I love the banjo and he was an enormous part of the talent that made you what you are today. Politics kills everything good.
You know you made it when you play Red Rock.....Loved this waaay back then in 2013 when I found it!!!.... Mumford & Sons helped in their way Me & my Family ride out the "lock-down" and the pandemic... remember folks....... Be Kind and stay safe!!!!
god i wish i was able to see 2013 Mumford and sons live. Me and my brother have loved them for a long time but i was young and broke and he worked a lot so we weren't able to see them. One day we will. We might have to deal with their later stuff but it'll still be worth it. Maybe one day they'll do a sigh no more/babel tour so i can feel like I'm in 2013
Boomer here, I've listened to so much Rock n Roll and have watched concerts since 1972 and I must say this Irish band is absolutely the best band in theri genre, mate!! Amazing guitar and banjo!!
Ahhhh mate, this doesn't come from out of thin air: This is what Google says about this band: Mumford & Sons have spoken about their Celtic roots ahead of a tour of Scotland and Ireland. Formed at a series of pub sessions, Mumford & Sons are indebted to traditional music. Soaking up influences from across the UK and beyond, the band developed a love of Scottish and Irish songcraft - So it is I who say they are Irish....it is what they,Google who says this.

some 8 years ago i was so hyped for this band. I was lost then, i found solace in music. I discovered mumford and sons, adele, mackelmore, i was in a desert, had no real connections, just the internet. Those days all i wanted to do was get out, but i flew so close to the sun and burned.(sadly) im still lost now and these music transport me back to a time where i can find myself back and ground my self for looking ahead. and not giving up.

So I reckon they JUST opened up the comment section on this jewel! Such a wonderful concert in a wonderful setting! Everyone needs to experience Red Rocks before they die!
This is one of my first listenings, one of my first contacts with this band's work. And yeah, they delivered. I got some Lynyrd and some nice Chris Stapleton vibes, a bit of Iron & Wine or something like that. I dig it. Really great work, and I can imagine myself listening to their music from now on. would love to be in that Red Rocks concert. I love the road trip, the mountains, the rocky desert, and all in between, this kind of landscape send some peace and love to my heart and mind. Thanks, Mumford & Sons.
I got to see them on probably their only to trip to Alabama in September 2013. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I will forever be grateful for the band coming to Bama to put on the show!
If you're reading this, please pray for my friend Annie. She is a homeless, recovering addict. She has been through every type of pain you could imagine a person could go through.
