    So dave how do you know how much to refrigerant to add ? Just charge to clear sight glass and then top off with 10% of amount of refrigerant already in the system ?

    What do you add 10% to charge to take in account for your gauges and manifold?

    Man that's crazy I have not run in to a turbo-air condenser like that I just run into small self contained. do you work on any heat craft flex pack?

    What a beautiful box, with a turbo air condensing unit? Did the customer by their own equipment on that one Dave? Nice install !! even though we have a Chinese powered system. If you did that on a Trenton it would probably last 40 years

      JMG Refrigeration the customer bought the equipment and it’s been perfect since install. Thanks for watching.

    what you set you time at for cooler

    • @NorCal-refrigeration
      @NorCal-refrigeration  9 лет назад +1

      The defrost I set for off cycle at midnight for 1 1/2 hours, I will change that when they start to lager in the cooler. Then the set point will be 45 degrees and I'm thinking a couple defrosts of 30 min should be fine. ( depending on traffic in and out of box ).

    Just so you know I'm not being sarcastic about the install, first rate job just wanted to make that clear. Just not a fan of turbo air, although I've installed two, a 7 ton and 10 ton unitsfor this one walk-in and haven't had one issue in 3 yrs since install. I just have bad experiences from their fractional HP stuff. Thanks

      JMG Refrigeration there early reach ins were terrible. There getting better. That’s the only turbo air condensing unit and coils I’ve ever installed.

    A Good Long Vacuum = A Quiet Compressor. Thats what i've Found. Compressor Sounds Nice & Quiet. Very Nice Job.
