bea's digital diaries: day 19

josh's birthday celebration! went to davenport beach and found some cool seaglass. still on low fodmap which sucked when eating out but it was still ok :)
i hate journaling but my therapist and my boyfriend always tell me i should journal. trying out this style of journaling to see if i hate it less :) its also sort of scary that i often dont remember what i did yesterday, so im hoping making these will give me something tangible to look back on.
