Stuck right pedal. You don’t need power for take off. So why can’t you fly it away if you don’t like the set up. Right stuck pedal is easy. Slow aircraft down. Get hover height. As you are coming to a slow stop, slowly roll throttle off to maintain heading as you touch the ground.
    Left pedal.
As you approach, pop the collective up and down several times, until the aircraft yaws to the right and it will slowing make its way over there. Now roll throttle off as you now turned a stuck left pedal into a stuck right pedal. No need to over speed the engine.

How is that not an engine overspeed ? Any amount of rolling the throttle on, is going to go past the engine limits - red line. Or is this just in theory and not for practicing ???

Do not practice overspeed. Only used in actual stuck left pedal and at the last second before run on

Depends on type of helicopter. In an EC-145 the flight manual states if the nose is to the right at speeds greater than 40kts you must do an autorotation.

Clockwise rotor system helicopter with a yaw right means a lot of pitch stuck in the tail rotor. Then you say enter an auto and get rid of all torque? Doesn’t sound right but I’ll look into that with a friend who flies them. Thank you

      @@garycleveland2989 Ec-145 is CCW rotor.
