You have to appreciate the participants. It takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there and also there is a rigorous screening process. Keep the quizzing spirit alive with encouragement.
These contestants are really poor, so many answers staring them in the face and they couldn't get them. By far the easiest set of questions on any episode of kvizzing till date.
Contrary to popular opinions in the comment section, I believe there were a lot of good answers apart from a few questions that were cracked with the help of extra hints.
That... wasn't the best show ever, heh. There were some decent answers there but also some that really should be answered in the first go, considering the level we have seen in past cities.
Has to be one of the most disappointing episodes of kvizzing! Questions were fine but my God the contestants were just so poor. Barring a couple of good answers; it was such a pain to watch each question being passed without even a random guess. Kolkata quizzing is not this poor. Not sure where the proper kolkata quizzing crowd were

I didn't understand why they were trigger happy to respond with randomness instead of thinking and connecting the dots. Like where did answers like "Fanta", "Coca Cola", "Train", "Euro", ", Passport" come from? It was a painful experience to watch this show.
I can give you the reason as to why it is so bad, but it will not sound pretty. I think Kolkata is still not ready to pay an uphill fee to participate in a quiz show, because the free and low entry fee circuit is pretty active around Kolkata and Howrah. Also, Top Cat is by the EM Bypass, not really that easy to commute to and from.

I know you shouldn't judge... But this was so hard to watch and I can only hope there is a redemption somewhere down the line for Kolkata

Unfortunately, that was the level of a panel. KV has done enough quizzes to be able to tell right away, and tailor his clues appropriately.
