Yo this man went in from 27:20 on. Thank you MG for keeping it 100 as usual. Super under appreciated...
This is the most I ever seen MG TIGHT and yelling...but everything he said is the truth!! You are the reason I stay watching you bro keeping it real and helping the community. Keep up that Dopeness! It 3am somewhere 😄
What happened to the good old days?
lol - jk
Another dope episode!
@58:50, like Ice Cube, Magic Johnson & someone else trying to a cable network that was for sale, but was denied, by the company that was selling it. No OWNERSHIP for US!!!
They basically kill off any artist that owns their own Masters. The money and legacy is in Ownership.
gotta make time for this
this show is soon lit!
holy shit mg wass snapping!!!! 🌶🌶🌶🔥🔥🌶🌶🌶🔥🔥🌶🌶🌶🔥🔥🌶🌶🌶🔥🔥
Thanks MG and CMP for the Studio One tutorials. You guys move in ways I relate to.

Regarding the song Ms. Jackson by Outkast, mr. Crafmaster says: "This song is weak, man. It is not good." Not a big fan myself, but I can appreciate it's smoothness and soulful, groovy chorus. However, I must ask, in which context is this song "weak and not good"? As maybe opposed to the beat in the beginning of this video? Do you consider the beat at the beginning of this video "strong and good"? I would say so, because for sure you would not include a weak ass beat (as per your perception) in your videos? Hmmmm. However, big fan of the whole "putting others down to advance my own cause". It always results in fruitful conversations and all-round wholesomeness. The world must hear that OUTKAST are WEAK! And who else is gonna bring this truth to the world than the HIP HOP PURISTS! Tell them CMP!!! Tell us who else is weak, we need to hear it! And don't forget to put one of your beats in the background while you're doin' it.
1:07:00, Mariah was Celine Dion, before her transition.
Love this episode!!!
More Spice! More Spice!!! 🔥🌶🔥
Now, I need a link to this Rza video.
It's a classic, Guitar Center unlisted it too lol, here's the link: ruclips.net/video/CmsmMZnbDBI/видео.html
My guy MG the Future!!!! Talk to these people!!!!!!
Fire, it makes me the think about the book: How to steal like an artist. The convo came full circle towards the end talking about Karma. Bless love what you guys do.
🌶🌶🌶🔥🔥Holy SPICE ATTACK ..BATMAN!! Goin' in on the Cap..Great Stream Guys! 🙏🏾👌🏾💯
1:13:31, everything in our society has been repurposed or improved upon. After someone came with the idea. Me & my Man (no homo) was just talking about this.
The real Karma is, we've been brought over here or were here. Land, Family, & Ideas have been stolen from us. I could say more. Peep the A.A. Rashid intro on Westside Gunn's Hitler Wears Hermes 6.
What about Nipsey? You don't think he was trying to build his own like a master p, baby, suge.... So it's not impossible if we can stay alive?
Samuel Badejo literally had that same thought.
We didn't steal the music we had it first we just took it back.... think about it in the beginning of hip hop... go back to chuck Barry, lil Richard.... we created soul and r&b
@47:43 programming 101, MG. What's the name of the Conference & Date for the June meetup. I need to get my ticket.
There have always been sell outs in music. It's the way of the business.
No "El starto el streamo"?!
Mind blowing all the music coming out now are feats of social engineering.. Stay woke
Man it's always been like that... Will it ever change?
Sample and be sampled.
Word born
The culture vulture thing comes from non culture genres taking trap influence and tossing it in their music because it's "cool"... Country music anybody?
The same people listening to country music that hate trap are listening to it in their favorite songs
Another one... you're going to hell now! Let's get real hip hop has always been sample based. So in its simplest form it was based on stealing from each other from the get go. Am I missing something here? But outright stealing someone else's sounds and then selling it and calling it your own is trash period. Like MG often says "What are we even talking about." It is what it is ... Be good or at least be good at it.
So now it appears the rules have changed. ✌
