Great content man. I'm slowly building my own basement/garage gym and this machine looks like it's on my list. You're rouge video brought me to the channel good job man 👍
Had me cracking at the sports. Good stuff, just got my BD-62 last week and loving it. Building the squat belt deck from your other vid. Thx for the tips!
Thank you for another great review! Can you do a traditional lat pull down (vertical) with this? I assume you can but your video nor Valor's promo video doesn't show it for some reason. Thanks again!
Thank you! I'd suggest watching the official Valor assembly video on RUclips. It actually does a good job showing you how to run the cables around the pulleys.
Thanks for this video! I've been hunting Valor BD-62 for some time... but they have no distribution in Europe, its impossible to buy this in Europe! :( Man, I need this, for the price its perfect! How tall are you? I'm 170 cm tall and I was wandering if on the highest setting, for lat pulldown I should sit on the floor, or maybe on a low bench ... - is it possible to mount something to put my legs under to hinder from going up when pulling down a higher weight?
Appreciate the feedback! I am 5’10 and haven’t run into any issues due to the height. You can maybe use a resistance band or even a weightlifting belt and loop it under the bench and around your legs to keep them from lifting.
Love the video
Thanks bud.
Awesome thank you, just got one of these machines for free and installed it on my outdoor gym on my porch, way more ideas than I thought
Glad I could help
Had no idea how versatile this machine! Especially impressed with bent over lay pull down!

Thanks for showing how versatile cable machines are.
Thanks my man!
Thank you for posting this video because it’s really helpful
You're so welcome!
Nice video, this machine seems to be available from alot of suppliers valor, titan, mirafit and alot of others. Getting one here in Ireland soon.

You can but it will be difficult to be directly under the pulley. I actually don’t own a lat pull down attachment. Maybe soon.
@@untappedstrength7548 ok thanks!! Good luck!
Great video! Just bought this machine for my home gym,, the instructions are horrible. Any tips on assembling? Was it easy?

Cross Cable rear delts also? yes? great video

Are the bottom 3 pulleys suppose to turn or are they there to just lift the weight
Gotta get this to improve dart form!

Dude I lost it on the sports movements
😂
Do you find that a sledgehammer (tire workout) helps you any?
I have not tried that yet but can imagine it's a hell of a workout.
@@untappedstrength7548 thanks
Squat? 🤣👍🏼 good stuff! Might buy this machine. Did you feel like you were losing tension on the chest flys?
Yes, definitely loses tension.
Where is this man and is he doing more videos
I will be back soon. I've been battling some injuries one being a SLAP tear on my right shoulder.
Would you do all of these exercises in one session?
Nope!
What is the max weight?
200lbs on the valor page. Haven’t tried going that high.
is the machine noisey?
Not at all. Very quiet actually.
What can’t you do with this machine? Pistol squat?🤔
Haha maybe that but I’m sure I could make it happen.
