The key to making Alcremie work so good here is to combo the move Decorate with Malamar's Skill Swap move and Contrary ability. This allows you to quickly debuff the raid boss to -6 Physical and Special Attack, before he wipes your stat buffs. Then as soon as he wipes your stat buffs, you can start using Decorate to buff your best attacker(s). In this run I used Acid Armor for two turns but could have probably sped things up by using Decorate on Clefairy first, as Sceptiles Leaf Blade critical hits would have ignored my defense buffs anyway, I could have used recover to deal with that instead. That is something good to remember in the future for possible special attackers, where Acid Armor would be useless. Combining Alcremie and Malamar's weaknesses, this combo is only weak to bug, fairy, steel, and poison attacks; so it should be a good one to keep in mind for future raids.
