Excellent visual documentary. Powerful message. Attn local government. Get out of your comfort zone and do some work. My unsolicited advice: directives to buildings owners to clean their properties, sidewalks are for pedestrian only. No stalls, no parking. Repaint your buildings, remove unsightly tarpaulins, signs, billboards.

pag wala mga pusa naglalaro mga daga,as usual ang mga illegal vendors nagkalat, may taga timbre sigurado mga yan ,pag paratingna ang clearing malinis na yan, pagka lampas back to bussiness nanaman ,galing ni pati at edi ,nag iivolve din ang kanilang strategy kung paano nila maiisahan ang gobyerno,na kung minsan ay laging talo.....
Comparing this to America. I don’t see a line of homeless people living in the streets. I see clean streets. What needs to change are the lack of pedestrian crossing, side walks and traffic control lights, old buildings that need to be torn down. Chaotic!

Why would you want to walk anywhere near recto especially after dark. Definitely not for tourist.
