    This is still my go-to before bed routine, and it never gets old. I love the music, and Tara's voice is just so calming!

    Lots of people are new to her stuff and are totally missing it. I've had no complaints and this video actually does in fact relax me and get me ready for bed. I guess most need tons of stimulation in order to get into a relaxed state.

    I love this video!. If you are engaged in the poses, I don't see how the music would negatively affect anyone. Thanks for the energy. I love that you talk through it, I don't have to watch, just listen. Don't change a thing!!!!!

    I Love this Routine , And if you have a Little Knowledge in different Yoga positions it Is Not to fast to follow. Also I dont understand why all Are so annoyed about the Music. After watching this Video And read this Comments, I wasnt Able to remember what Kind of Music it was. Great And relaxing Yoga Flow lovely Tara.

    The poses, the pace, the music, & the brightness all felt counterintuitive for bedtime. It was frustrating to try to follow along, then go to bed. I'm sure yoga videos by Tara Stiles with a different purpose are good. But I was more ready for bed before following along to this.

    I love this sequence, but do you really need the upbeat music on the background? It's the exact opposite of what I need right before bed. If it had some nice relaxing music on the background this would be the perfect bedtime yoga sequence.

    I really love this routine. Honestly, the music doesn't effect me what so ever. I can't even remember what it sounds like. I guess I block it out. I have does this every night for about a week and I sleep great. I love the flow of your voice, and how it's like whatever. I don't feel rushed now that I have done it enough to know whats going on Thank you!

    It was a little more advanced than a lot of the night yoga videos I’ve tried... I liked this a lot and my body felt great after.

      Also I understand the music comments but the flow was still good, and I didn’t mind her narration I was able to keep up with it. I guess this was just more of what I was looking for... a lot of other night yoga videos are just boring stretches.

    It's a good routine, but you speak really fast and I find myself rushing to try to get where you are instead of relaxing

    I didn't think it was rushed at all, it was somewhat speedy but I feel like most yoga videos are drawn out far too long. Great video! I feel awesome.

    This is my go to video when I feel "wired" at night. I'll pause it to spend more time on areas that need it. Love it. It's not too long and it gives a good stretch to release tension. My 12 year old has also found it helpful to get asleep.

    i tried this right before i went to sleep last night and it was nuts! I literally had a proper 8 hours and then some, and i didn't even feel groggy/ tired! I am so doing a few moves before i go to bed again, thanks!

    did this routine for the first time so I'll see how it works! A few criticisms of the video- Tara, the music you chose, setting (time of day w the sun high in the sky), and the pace at which you spoke make this seem more appropriate for beginning the day and waking up more than winding down for the night. Just my opinion. All in all though a nice doable routine. Thanks for providing this for us.

    I loved this. I've been having back pains for for the past five years of my life. I didn't know what to do. So I decided I was tired of all the pain in my neck and back so I starting doing this and other like it and the pain has lessened it's not completely gone yet but I know if I keep doing these videos it will be a thing of the past soon enough. Idk why i lived with this so long when the solution was here thank you tara stiles and live strong woman

    I loved everything about this video. I'm not sure that it's meant to be used RIGHT before you go bed. I think the intended idea was that you would do it a little while before bed. I watched it about 45 minutes before and it was extremely helpful.

    I downloaded the audio and while I'm practicing this sequence I just pause it when I feel like I want to stay in the pose longer. Feels gooooooooood dude!

    I love this video, maybe I can not do all the poses but it's amazing, when she lifted her self up and only the hands where holding I couldn't hold anymore I fall down, but I just laughed and kept going

    I don't know, maybe it's because I'm used to her speaking fast in other videos, but it doesn't bother me at all. Her routines are always very effective and fun to do, at least for me.

    i lovelove this yoga routine. the music really didn't affect me because your voice and the way youre directing is so calming. i thought the moves were at a good pace too!

    Nice routine! No bueno on the music. And the talking is very fast. The entire vid should be relaxing and in prep for bed. This video looks like exactly what it is, in preparation for the day.

    The routine seems great but the hectic music as well as the fast past makes me feel pretty rushed. guess its better to do it a few times and once you got the hang of it just turn of the sound.

    Tara stiles talks that way just to show you how its done. This is yoga and nobody does it with that pace, you have to do more or less 5breaths for every side and pose. We also have to meditate and set our intentions before starting-and she doesnt want to waste time recording that.
    What i do is watch her videos. Remember whats done or write down the poses.

    The purpose of her video was for DEEP SLEEP!!!!!! It works, I sleep well. You guys complain so much damn, if u don't like it watch other videos. Or do one better and make a video just like she did. I bet u can't.

    How to take constructive criticism as a Yoga teacher? First, nice post, good quality positioning and overall flow beautiful setting. Now with honesty and respect ( A lesson I learned in my 18 years of teaching for one of America's premier ballet companies, with a strong emphasis on Yoga). With kindness I tell you, your talking throughout the entire video is way way too fast for the viewer (if they are saying "no your not"then they don't have a good understanding of Yoga practice), with a pace that contradicts the quality of your movements. You seem like a very knowledgable teacher, but regardless to what all the "ohhh your great' folks are saying. Take it to heart, try and be more economical with your talking, you pretty much run your mouth the whole time, even during breaths you barely leave time to take even one, let alone several deep Ujjayi breaths. (Almost as if your thinking if your not talking, your not teaching, which is far from the case. Suggestion: Teach the Same Routine, just put your ego aside and accept that perhaps, just perhaps you could improve the frantic pace of your talking( btw, i recall being a bit put off by a fellow dancer who gave me that advice some 16 years ago,,,,,,,,after my ego settled i realized,,,,,,,She is actually right and has thus improved my teaching........I say these comments regarding your 'instructional videos' hopefully to take into your consideration, as frantically paced yoga can hurt rather than help the body.(( If this upsets you, then good, it's part of the process of becoming a more humble educator. So, hope you can take this advice with defensiveness and know it is because you seem like a well intended teacher who could improve.( Any great educator knows there is room for improvement......Especially if that is a 'follow along Yoga video",,,,,Slow down that tongue Tara, let the movement speak, so your hurried tone can ease off and people who are actually trying to follow along can do so without getting hurt and find that "Peace" that you are honorably attempting to convey.

      Yes! She talked way too fast and I felt went to fast. I definitely didn't do any Ujjayi breaths b/c she was moving so fast I couldn't focus on them! I'm not even closed to relaxed after doing this! The music was way too fast pace too. I think your criticism was on the spot. She does seem very knowledgeable. I hope she takes your words to heart and improves this practice. I will not do this version again though. Just not relaxing and comfortable. I need to be able to breath and focus and this one just didn't have it.

    I believe this is meant to be just the routine you base your practice off of. She mentions "taking your time" and "when you're ready". I would suggest turning on some music that you find relaxing a little bit louder so you cant really hear the music on the video. And then pausing when you want to chill in a pose for awhile. Or just take note of the poses on paper and follow at your own pace! These are just the guidelines for you to work into your own practice :) namaste

    last night was the 1st time I tried yoga so I could not do alot of the poses. I did it before I went to bed. once I finished I was sooooo relaxed I did not want to go to sleep so I just got in bed until I fell asleep when I woke this morning I felt so great so I did it again when I woke up lol

    This was nice. Your voice has the potential to be very soothing, but it seemed like there must have been a director hovering around mouthing "hurry it up!" And like they wanted it to be buzz worthy without regard to its value. Regardless of that, you are a beautiful and talented yogi. I'm sure if they didn't double time your pace everything would have flowed the way it sounded it was supposed to.

    I'm sure she's very good, I just found that the music reminded me a little of the traveling music in Ferris Bueller's Day Off and yes, the fast talking and too upbeat music didn't feel like bedtime prep for me personally.
    I thought the movements were good and background was gorgeous.
