Don’t get me wrong I love those expensive clay molds but choosing a mold that will cost me 10 or 40 dollars I’ll pick 10 dollars every time. Angel, your style is perfection! I am a teacher and this year our building is decorating the halls in Winter Wonderland theme. I want my space to lean more Victorian/Charles Dickens. I found some dark green table cloths for about $7 at Wal-Mart that I hung to cover the walls. I have a cheap faux fireplace that I made over and painted white. I’m sure no one else thinks it looks like it matches our theme, but it makes me happy. I would love some ideas on how to expand on this. Maybe hang a winter image in a gold frame? I just need more Victorian/Dickens ideas.
Oh wonderful!! I love a Dickens Christmas! I did several DIY’s last year for a Victorian Christmas and my favorites were making little Victorian Silhouette photos in gold frames, or since it’s for your class maybe some LED taper candles wrapped with velvet bows! They have some really pretty inexpensive (real touch) garland on Amazon you could add to your faux fire place too. I added some deep red stems and bows to mine too. 😊
I love all of your projects and videos, This video was no different. The addition of the cloche for a hat on the nutcracker was so creative. The ornament seems like the perfect touch it needed. It was meant to be and fabulous.
