The saiyan race was weaker after they got conquered, the strongest saiyan on the planet at the time of the genocide was king Vegeta at 25k
The enemies I found comparable to that was everyone in the namek saga which had somewhere near the same power level
So you are saying the strongest saiyan of planet Vegeta who would struggle against two of Frieza’s minions was the reason beerus gave frieze the go ahead to destroy planet Vegeta
