This sounds so much like a david bowie song. This isn't really what I expected from Andrew W.K., but I really like it!

For me, Andrew's vocal tone and delivery is very Bowie-esque at times. It's brilliant. Such an inspiring, beautiful song and performance. :)
Right there with you! I am a massive Bowie fan. When I listened to the album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust came to mind. The album is a story. Each song a new chapter in the story. This album is exactly that way! Totally with you on it bringing Bowie to mind. Also, the piano arrangement is very much like some of the things Mike Garson wrote.
Aaron Pellerin I was thinking the same way. He’s got the deep hollow vibrato to his voice that reminded me of Bowie.

I listened to the album all the way through and had tears throughout. It is an amazing story or self journey; Each song adding on from the last. By time you get to the final track, you are upbeat, yet in tears. Truly this is Andrews best work to date (and I have always been a fan of his!)

I listen to song almost everyday. Something about how he just sounds so genuine that you can tell he’s coming from a place that he’s been to before. This song is just a masterpiece in my eyes, especially the way he performs it here.
The raw emotion in it is oddly calming in a way. It’s amazing how such a strong song can sound so peaceful when it’s done acoustically
Andrew WK's music has saved me several times throughout my life.
Fuckin absolute legend, can have some of the most energetic crazy performances ever but can also crush a performance like this. Also an incredibly nice guy who’s very appreciative of his fans, I’m a fan for life.
