It's still not working after I've done all of those troubleshooting steps. I once had that "Note" feature, then 2 days ago, when I opened my messenger app, it's no longer showing up. I already cleared my cache, reinstalled and uninstall my messenger app but it's still not showing up. I had that feature but I lost it and I could no longer have it again.
