Have you got an extension for the throttle control like a pcb tube so you can sit in centre off tinny to keep the nose down balance it out

If the boatbis arse heavy, it could mean motor is mounted to high.
What maps do you use?
Just Google maps and wiki camps app satellite maps. Can usually see all the tracks we need on these and we found Hema to be very hit and miss with tracks
