Wonderful bike, nice build. Just do not understand why you put grease on the Hirth joint that connects the halves of the botton bracket spindle. These parts are not supposed to move against each other and you need the tightest fit there possible since the spindle has to transfer a lot of torque.
It looks like locktite on BB threads? I never use Locktite… I use grease every bolt, every spot metals similar and dissimilar. But, I never thought of grease on inside contact area of stem to bars. I awlays coat BB and headtube with Thin coat of grease for corrosion.. Looks like Peter Wigel Frame Save was used at the onset. Nice. I don’t like hex bolts.. only Alan bolts for the stem..
