Good presentation. However, what I see lacking in the Master Plan are parks. I know, Pakistanis don't give too much importance to parks, but they definitely make the city look much more attractive. They should have added a large park right in the center of the city, similar to Central Park in New York City. That also could have had some kind of a monument and would have attracted much attention. I think what happened was that the land mafia rushed in to grab all the land in central Gwadar, and there was no opportunity left to plan it the way it should have been planned. I think you kind of hinted at that in your presentation.

Exactly! As Gwadar is going to turn into an international city then it will have the amenities required by international community as well.
