    As a patient, watching your videos have helped me better understand the perspective of a psychiatrist, which has helped me build trust with my dr. I think the key for patients is realistic expectations, honesty, and self advocacy. Thanks for the videos doc!

    You mentioned briefly that the gentleman could have been having a spiritual experience while envisioning sex with his wife who is actually dead. This suggests to me that you are open to the possibility of "spirit".
    I've noticed in some interviews with schizophrenics, that some also mention a connection to spirituality.
    There is a small Ted-Ex talk called "Spiritual Awakening or Schizophrenia", or something along those lines, that alludes to a connection between Schizophrenia and Spirituality.
    I'm curious to know what your thoughts are surrounding this? Perhaps it would make a good video.
