The suppressor is literally useless after season 6 explain why you use it 🤣
In what way is it useless?
@@QweeTheThird you still pop up on minimap only after 40+ meters you don’t pop up but the minimap in the corner shows 40m so complete useless
Patch notes state
Previously:
Heavy Silencers = No self-spotting on minimap at any distance
Light Silencers = No self-spotting over 20 meters
Subsonic Ammo had no impact on this
Update 6.0:
Light Silencer = No self-spotting over 40 meters
Light Silencer + Subsonic = No self-spotting over 20 meters
Heavy Silencer = No self-spotting over 20 meters
Heavy Silencer + Subsonic = No self-spotting at any distance
With this in mind it's beneficial for flanking enemies on a close quarters map like redacted. Enemies that you're not engaging that would normally notice you on the minimap beyond 20+ meters would be ignorant to your position. It's definitely been nerfed though
