My friend Kaelin was visiting from New York last week, so I gave her a bedtime massage to reduce anxiety and induce peaceful and deep sleep. I use natural oils and essential oils as well as selenite and sage. This video is soft spoken but I will also be posting a version without speaking in the next couple of days. I hope you enjoy!

I’ve been in remission for a while but in 2016, after undergoing a routine upper endoscopy, a punch biopsy revealed high grade esophageal dysphasia so I have been treated with cryotherapy as well as RFA. It’s difficult at times but I seem to always pull through. Again, thank you so much and hope you are well yourself.

You might not believe this but i've been falling asleep to your ASMR's for the past few days, whether it's an afternoon nap or at night I'll just relisten to it all over again cause it calms me down so much, almost like a meditation would, but this is also visually pleasing. I wanted to rewatch this and accidently clicked on the no speaking version and kept excpecting you to start speaking till I realised I was watching the other version :)

Rebecca pretty sure she does vocals and film at the same time cause I can hear her breathing when she does asmr sounds, and you can hear her arms touch the mic in her other videos, I've seen the mic on her shirt too
It seems to me that when she does two versions of a video (with and without talking) she records with no talking, then does her vocals separately. But otherwise, she does them live while filing.

I have fibromyalgia and other health problems. I only recently discovered ASMR and l am so glad l did. Along with other night routine relaxation l do this has now become part of it. It also really helps my anxiety and depression. You are one of the best ASMRist and really do wonderful. It is so nice to see how much you enjoy helping your friends feel better. There indeed needs to be more like you in this world.

Watching the way you treat your friends envokes the same feeling of when I was a child and my mom would lightly rub my back with her fingertips, I have had severe anxiety issues for the majority of my life and that is one of the only things that can calm me down so thank you for your videos they are the next best thing
Wowee. Over the years, I thought I got tingles but then realised that ASMR just relaxes me and makes me sleepy with ever so slight, rare tingles. So I just accepted that; I still get so much from it.
HOWEVER.

Having a home with Bed and Breakfast offered along with ASMR Reiki and massages etc? It would make plenty of money I would imagine? People would love coming and having all of this treatment for healing and relaxing and staying overnight with a grand breakfast the next day! Not many Bed and Breakfast places would offer all of this.
Maybe having patrons to pay money toward this Bed and Breakfast would help? If you had enough room one or two people could live there and as volunteers clean the house, or cook or anything else needing to be done for lodging? It would save money in the end, and get work done to help so you have time for Bed and Breakfast and the Reiki treatments? Maybe four to five bedrooms would work?
